Very unprofessional location. Went in at 4:30pm to get a haircut for my husband and 9 month old. The guy that work in the morning was closing shop. I asked him if they were done for the day, he just said the lady will open again whenever she shows up maybe between 5 or 6pm. We went back home and had dinner, i called to make sure she was there and told her we were on our way to get a few haircuts, she said it was fine. We showed up and she was finishing up with a boy, she greeted us and asked us to sit, so we were next in line. A priest or deacon of the church walks in about 7 minutes later and saw us waiting. He said he was in a hurry and asked if the guy was there, she told him no that he only works in the morning. He asked her what time she closes, she responded at 7:30pm, he asked her to wait for him at 7:40pm when service was done. She said that she can't. He begged her to wait for him but she declined. He told her that he will be late to church. She told him to wait a minute you're next after the boy. None of them bothered to ask us anything or apologize. She just told him in a lower voice, just wait you're next since you called before you came. I know it was a lie since he was even surprised she said that. From that moment both of them didn't make eye contact with us.I didn't want to be rude, but i really doubt he called since he didnt know anything. He didnt know the guy he wanted wasn'teven there, he didnt know what time they closed, and both of them never made eye contact or anything with us like if they were both embarrassed. A minute before she finished with the boy the Peiest/ Deacon took his coat off and the minute the boy got off he jumped on the chair. The boy walked out with his family and screamed like an animal looking at my baby and made him cry.We got up and left. We will not be coming back at this location for a few reasons. Dirty, nothing gets disinfected between clients from what we saw. Lack of customer service. They don't value nor respect client's time nor consistent of their business hours.Wanted to support a local business. Unfortunately, being ignored and put aside is enough for us to not come back. All 3 of us where gonna get a service. If they were to ask, we would of let him go ahead, but didnt even bother. Kept talking about how busy he is and important his time is. DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL for them both.
