I’ve been storing my items here for a while and I happen to come in at 7:00pm closing hours because of traffic. I tried asking David if I could drop off my items really quick and get out. He said he would let me in only if I gave him $20 because it was closing time. I would have understood if he just said no because it’s after hours, but asking customers for $20 just to drop off one box seems really unprofessional.
