Excellent service, the lady who treated me was super friendly, I took my 15 year old son to a consultation, the doctor came out and explained the situation to me, very friendly, nothing to do with other places where I had previously been, I arrived at my appointment They attended to me and I was very satisfied with all the service and treatment.

The whole staff were friendly and helpful but most of all Dr. DO is very caring doctor. I have been with them for 10 years, the service and care has never changed but gets better every year. Thank you I could ask for any better. They verify my insurance coverage and when we changed health plan they told me which health insurance coverage to get . Thankful loyal patient for a decade now .

I had such an amazing experience here! Thank you to the Dr for being so sweet and for being so patient with every question I had. He explained every detail to me perfectly, Thank you to his staff member Joana also she was such a sweetheart and helped me with any question I had! I will definitely recommend people to come here !

It's been a long time since I went to optometry, but this time is different appoinment that change my pov. I rarely give my compliment but it was great that I came here to get eye exam from Dr. Do. I can feel his genuine and energetic vibes. His proffesionalism on his field by pointing out some eye issues and the wrong thing of my old glassed which made eyes imbalances and uncomfortable to wear ( although he doesnt need to say anything, that made me appreciated it even more) Highly recommend everyone here. And for those who are Immigrant Vietnamese people affaid of talking too much english and doesnt understand much. There is no commission here :))) Just spread a good positive review here.

The most friendly service you will ever experience. Warm, caring and absolutely best staff and Dr Do, well unbelieveable is all I can say. He works so hard at making you feel so comfortable and cared for. I cant rave enough about all these people have done for me and my friends!!! Five STAR and above!!!

Sad but true , I had made an eye appointment so that I could be seen for my eye exam . I had my appointment was at 3:30 and I got there 10 minutes earlier so that I can be sure to be seen on time . I arrived filed out my papers they needed and was ready. A lady came in after me with her two young boys and sat there and was asked to enter so she could be seen by the Dr. I asked the receptionist...my appointment is at 3:30 right ? She said yes and I asked then why was the lady that came after me seen before me ? She said something "mumbled " I asked her is the dr running late ? And she said yes , I said how late she tells me 20 minutes late . I clearly saw them take the lady after me and they just didn't have any excuse . Sad to say but I am going to have to look for another Optomatrist. I hope his staff realizes how important it is try to be fair and honest with their way of seeing client's. Dr is great but what his staff pulled today was unprofessional.

Always a pleasure coming here! I’ve been seeing Dr. Do for the last 15 years, and most of my family sees him too. Although he has been getting busier due to an increase in traffic, the clinic still offers the same level of professional service that I’ve grown accustomed to. He is a very nice man, extremely knowledgeable, and his staff are also wonderful. Highly recommended!

Making an appointment is useless.Had an appointment and at the same time a walkin came in and was admitted first before us. Then why make a appointment.Very disappointed

One of the nicest and most attentive eye doctors I've had the pleasure of working with. My family has been going to his office for over 20 years. Fast, fair and friendly! Great sense of humor too!
