Prices can be a bit more competitive, but if you don't mind using some elbow grease to wipe off water from around your car and do your own little vacuuming and detailing, you'll save yourself good money and a good minute.

Met the owner it was a wonderful experience.The best part was the smirk on his face as he refused to accept my vehicle because of ropes, that had never previously been an issue.Customer service with a smile.

Went in yesterday to use the car wash, paid for the best wash they had available, and not only was my car still visibly dirty after the wash, when I proceeded to use their complementary vacuum, the hose popped off the machine and dented my hood, along with peeling the clear coat, with no warning sign visible about this being a possibility. I made a report of the damage, but the GM makes no attempt to correct the issue but instead places the blame on me for an issue that I had which I did not know was possible. Terrible service, and zero accountability.

I've been a regular customer at this car wash, making the long trip from Mission Viejo once a week. Today, I forgot my wallet and had no cash on me, and they don’t accept Apple Pay.So I asked the manager if he could help me with the situation and allow me use the store card for $5 basic wash, but he refused. Like cmon man its the basic $5 wash and I am a regular customer. I offered cash app or zelle anything just to get that car wash cuz I really needed but no customer service and greed overtakes interestingly.Not coming here again

This place 100% gets a five star rating for me. Not only is a basic wash only $5, but the vacuum hoses are free as part of it. It had admittedly been a long time since I had a chance to clean our car, so all the nooks and crannies were filthy. They let me stay in the vacuum stall for over an hour while I wiped everywhere I could, even the engine bay and hood. They didn't bother me once during the whole thing, even when every vacuum stall was taken. I will definitely be going back again!

My car was in need of a car wash and being that I have white rims I wash before I go to any car wash if I have the chance to pre-wash so anyways I pay for the most expensive watch the offer to take very good care of my car and wanted to have it looking nice. I thought I took the whole package like I have any other place once the wash was over all the vacuum spot refilled and they wanted me to continue doing laps around the lot until a spot opened up. I did about to laps and being that I live close by I figured forget it I’ll just go home and vacuum it so I get home I live less than a mile away and once I get out of my car, the first thing I notice is my rings are no longer white. They are now covered with like a black grease or something like that so I instantly start trying to clean them off or wipe it off and notice it’s not coming off and I get as much of it as i can off put, my rims are now stained so I called them up. They tell me to go back. So I do and they tell me that it does that with these kind of wheels I didn’t mention that it would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time because it’s not posted anywhere I’m not paying for it to get like that so eventually after I wouldn’t take no for an answer, the I guess manager at the time took my report and said the owner would call me. It has been over two weeks and I have not heard from them at all so not only are they liars they don’t care about anybody else is property they just want your money and after that didn’t care, they are aware of the damage the machines can do and we’re not notify you a warning they do not have anything posted The worst experience I’ve ever had any car wash place. Definitely will not go. There were definitely would not recommend anybody going there. Unless you want damage to your vehicle or unless you want to drive laps around the lot just a vacuum your car

Wash my vehicle here. It was good. Vacuum cleaners work well for the type of wash it was. I don't have any complaints
