Salvation Army helped me with the applications for the renteros program and also to cover some electricity payments

I went to school, and was their part-time barber. I finished when I got my apartment; in which they paid the first month rent. I also got my ?Barbering license.

Mr. Kelly the phone operator was really understanding, empathetic, and compassionate about my situation. He went the extra mile with informing me about other programs I qualify for. He could have just said we don't offer those services. But instead he directed me to the right place.
