I went in with the hopes to come out w hair dye that would be close to what I wanted. I wish I could get my money back! The color is the same as I had and I spend almost 50 on bs hair dye. I asked the girl for advice but as I cam see she was no help ?

I came here to get black out and they said they don't have it and then I found it in the womens section. Then I went to check out and the bill was $12.01 and I gave her $22 so I could get ten back. I said that I'll go grab a penny from the car and she said no it's ok. And she gave me $9.99 when i asked her if she wanted me to get the penny she said no. I wanted $10 back not .99 cents in change and my car was parked ten feet away. I said I wanted a ten dollar bill and she was extremely rude so I said it's ok keep the ninety nine cents. I'm not sure if she even understood mathematics but I believe everyone has a good heart until they start being disrespectful then I say something. This girl was extremely rude and I will never recommend Sally's

I had very bad experience, I was looking for some products and a girl was following me, and I moved diferente aisle and every time I moved she was behind me,, (its so uncomfortable when we are looking around and somebody is following us), IF WE NEED HELP, WE ARE GONNA ASK...because when you keep behind the customers is uncomfortable. Please don't give hard time to customers, because we do your checks.

The store is pretty dirty for a hair supply department. Customer service needs to be looked at. These ladies are rude and unhelpful.Worst experience

came in to get one thing and leave and the girl at the cashier had the worst attitude, literally no interaction with me just scanned it, gave me my receipt and didn't even hand me my item.

I went to this Beauty Shop to find interestingly to get my hair featured. I left with my hair looking more brilliant and substantially more normal. I truly prefer to visit here over and over. A truly reasonable and significant assistance was amazingly prescribed to everybody!

It seems like a lot of people are not happy to be working. The customer service I experienced was terrible. I definitely will not be back at this store. If you're looking to purchase a product from Sally's I would highly recommend you to dodge this store.

9/24 5:33 pmThe woman working the cash register has a horrible customer service attitude. I asked her what additional product I would need with the color boxes I chose. She was too busy looking at her phone she responded with an irritated attitude. It’s my first time buying these products so I asked her to show me what products I need to add to my purchase. The woman reluctantly said you need a developer and said it’s down the aisle. I asked for help because I felt lost. If I would have known service would be this way I would have avoided the trip here! Take your business somewhere else ladies!

This store doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The customer service I experienced was terrible. Not trying to fat shame but the bigger woman who rang my items clearly did not feel like working today. I asked a question and she responded in a very upsetting tone. I understand she may have been having a ruff day but there is no need to rub that energy on to others. I will be taking my business to a different store from now on.

Don't ask for help because you won't get it. I overheard someone ask for help and the girl working the cash register who was not busy at all did not want to help her out. The client looked confused and walked out after a minute or two. Sally's is going to lose customers if they're not willing to help their clients understand what products are needed. I wish I could have given her my business card. Sally's loss of clients can be a gained client for me! I recommend going to the Sally's near petsmart on 17th Street!Anyone looking to color their hair locally send me a message.

A lot of bad reviews here but I knew what I needed to get and was greeted as I entered the aisle. Picked my items and checked out with a polite gal working. Nothing bad to say, they are doing their jobs :)

Every time I come to this location I'm greeted FIRST THING! The amazing sales associate Kim was super helpful with what I needed to find and actually knows what she's talking about.
