Thank you, Jose of Safelite. I booked an appointment online for a technician to come to me due to the convenience factor. Much to my pleasant surprise Jose informed me that it would be covered by my insurance. The job was completed in about 15 minutes right in my garage. I was so impressed with the work and was having a low expectation of just sealing the crack, but it looks like new and I can’t even tell that there was a crack beyond the size of a quarter.

It is absolutely outrageous that the customer service is set up to utterly avoid customers being able to speak to a human. I understand the business efficiencies being sought after here but it’s an absolutely horrible customer experience that makes getting the help one needs virtually impossible. And it’s what’s sending me elsewhere for the service I need.

3.6 stars as of July 2024, surprised it is this high. No-Safelight has very little experience with Tesla windshield replacement, or they just don't care. While removing the bottom rubber windshield cover, they ripped the plastic clip holder. So one side was not even clipped in. I recommend taking a video of the entire windshield ( take a video of the entire car to be safe ) this way, you have proof, and they can't say they did not do it. Or just go to a different shop with a higher review. Stay safe!!!!

Very friendly guys to work with. Replace my windshield in an hour and a half. I think the only negative is the location. They don’t have very much parking. Kind of hard to find. But they were good outfit.

I was very impressed by the service I got. I brought my car in early before they opened. I figured I would have to wait. Alex was there and even though it was 10 minutes before opening he took care of accepting my vehicle anyway. When my vehicle was ready to be picked Saul called me and also greeted me when I arrived. He went over everything regarding the work. The job was done earlier than I had anticipated and everyone was very friendly and professional.

My Mercedes-Benz S450 was unfortunately damaged by a rock, so I needed to find a reliable company for repair quotes. After researching several options, I decided to go with Safelite due to their competitive pricing. I appreciated their straightforward pricing with no hidden fees, which made the decision easier.
Additionally, the location was conveniently close to my office, and the staff was exceptionally professional. They kept me informed throughout the process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.

Windshield was replaced 3 months ago, the windshields Safelite use are junk. The vehicle was sitting in the garage for over 3 days, when we noticed a crack from the top of the windshield. Called Safelite and they had a tech come inspect the vehicle only to be told it’s not covered under warranty. This company straight out is awful. Insurance guy recommended Caliber Glass iand it was a 1000% better and they installed OEM glass not junk. Word of advise, don’t use Safelite unless you want to keep paying your deductible every few months.

Second time I've used satellite in the last few months and both times I had great service. It's easy to schedule appointments online, easy to change appointments, lots of flexibility with appointments. They were able to get my windshield replaced within two hours and everyone there was very pleasant to interact with. Thank you all so much for taking good care of of my car.

A rock hit my windshield on the freeway and my insurance referred me to safelite auto glass and they did not disappoint! The young man who worked on my car, Alejandro, was very friendly and kept me updated with when my car was going to be finished. He said it was going to be approximately 3 hours, but they got my car out in an hour and a half. The front desk guy was also super friendly and helpful! I would definitely refer my friends and family to safelite because my experience was great!

No one answers the phone, it's very frustrating. I have been trying to talk to a live person all morning. The phone system drops you every time.

My son went to get his windshield, that had a chip repaired December 14. This actually looks worse than it did before the repair. The service tech told him that sometimes when it's cold in the morning it doesn't work that well. Still waiting to hear back from customer service on getting this repair correctly or a refund. This was expensive and the service technician did a terrible job.
