I know Ruiz and his store for over 20 years and I can say that I never been in a place better that his jewelry store and I don't say better because what he sales everybody goes with him is because he never lies regarding jewelry he tells everything a customer wants to know what he sales and what he tells about any jewelry all ways it is the true this in general is outstanding

I sold several things to this place and each time he seems to low ball me more and more. In addition to that I'm bringing valuable things to him and he has an attitude towards me as though I'm bothering him. This establishment should really focus on customer service. We are the ones that are keeping their doors open. So a little respect could go a long way.

Lol don't waste your time. I took an engagement ring here and he looks at it with a loop and says "what the hell is that, it's not for me". So I ask, why? And he says it's not real. Absolutely doesn't know what he's doing. I even took in the GIA report along with an appraisal. Just because he can't afford a ring of this caliber he doesn't need to insult me like this especially in front of other customers. Dont ever waste your time going here.

This is my go to place for gold and other commodities. I heard about this place from my friends, and I’m glad I went to check it out for myself. The owner is super straightforward, knowledgeable, and focused on educating me on the products rather than trying to sell me. I am super satisfied with the experiences and purchases I’ve made with Ruiz Pawn Shop.

Called to see if they are still operating regular business hours, yes they are, yet I was explicitly told they are not doing "some puchususes" and not able to allow customer's to browse, only pick ups.Not an establishment I would do business with if patrons cannot browse wares.

Worth every penny! The people are vary informative, found my "to go spot" for sure. I've been to many pawn shops in sant ana and I always leave shops feeling like I got F*$ked over but this shop made me feel like I made a great choice
