Quality of their boots and shirts are really low! I bought a 70 dollar Ariat shirt after the first wash underneath the armpits were stained. First time this has ever happened with any shirt I've bought will never wear again. Now the worst part are the boots! They're peeling and cracking have only been worn twice! 200 dollar boots shouldn't be doing that they're less than 3 months old! I have friends that have boughten cheaper boot's elsewhere and have never gotten this issue! Be careful if you buy from here! Expensive and super low quality ! For a first time buyer I wouldn't recommend definitely a waste of money!

Boots came looking just like the photo. Though i ordered online, my order process and high product satisfaction felt like I'd shopped in store. I added a note that it was gift , and they packaged accordingly .. like gifted wrapped it PROfessionally. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS!!! . The cut, the style, the size, the fit, and craftsmanship.... PERFECT. These boots are worth every cent. Oh it shipped UPS and my inquiry was answered with respect and courtesy by Mr Roberto. Thank you so much.

This place has nice merchandise but the customer service is terrible..Everytime I have gone in with my son they just stare at us like we are going to steal. I've worked retail for over 20 year so I guess my expectations are high?Treat everyone with the same service not just the social media famous ppl.

Be very careful when you buy from this store. they charge a restocking fee if you can't get the product returned with in 15 days of the shipping date. For me that $50 for a pair of boots that Los Altos crammed into a shoe box and creased the leather. you also have to pay return shipping. This pair of boots cost me a pile of money to try on an ugly pair of boots that were too tight.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had such an amazing experience! We went looking for a very specific Scully western shirt for our daughter's wedding . We could not find it in my hubby's size at other stores or even on line until we came to RR Western Wear! Alex and Maria each spent so much personalized, friendly, and knowledgeable time helping us find the right jeans and hat, etc. We literally felt like we were family. Regarding the store, their inventory and variety of everything Western was phenomenal! There is no way you will not find something you will love and that will fit

I was 50/50 on a sombrero I purchased because I didnt know how it would look with my outfit. The girl helping me assured me if I didnt like it I would be able to return it. Literally came the next day to return since I purchased another elsewhere and was hit with the "No Return Policy" becareful of this shady store would never recommend it to anyone after this experience.
