John Weber in the Titleist fitting room provided me a world class custom fitting experience. He listened to what I was looking for and tailored everything to me while he was asking all the right questions. The custom fitting cost $75 for the hour and I'd be glad to pay more next time. Yes I did order my new set of 150's right then and there because of the job John did. I've already let several people know and needed to put this review up so everyone I don't know reaches out to John Weber.

Called 3 times to check product availability of a certain golf ball, associate hung up on me twice, on the 3rd call, I just got frustrated being on hold for 10+ minutes

First off this is the biggest roger dunn i ever seen and would reccomend going to this one compared to anywhere else if you dont know what you want because the variety and service was great here and the options are enormous, they had everything. Their is litteraly custom fitting booths huuuugeeee shoe selection which was awesome. This was golf heaven to me. Additionally, there is enough demo slots and automatic ball feeders and people actually respected the 10-15 swing rule...on a saturday. Best of all its in an industrial area so parking wasnt a nightmare either.

Overpriced garbage and the workers try to not put stickers on things then mark the price way up haha 50 bucks for a kids used putter then I ask the manger how a new one goes for less the answer I got was awful because of the style of putter by the way the way new one in wrapper goes favor 34 make it make sense never coming back awful prices the cashier was cool manger was trash definitely scamming people stay away

This was my 2nd time going here but my first time truly getting to walk around and just take a look at some items. I was kindly advised where the clubs were located and found the one brand that I was interested in, but also advised on another brand that might be a good fit for me to look at. Lo and behold it felt great. Then I made my way to the drivers and Chad D. Advised me to where some drivers may be and allowed me to hit on the bay. He was a great help and I did not feel rushed. Even walked with me over to some grips and golf balls. The service was great and it’s a must I shop here and continue to support brick and mortar stores and the local economy. I will surely be back to make several purchases.

Great golf shop, where you can try out before you make the big purchase. Try let you swap your clubs if you don’t like them within 90 days for store credit, that can be used for other new clubs. So great assurance for a big purchase.

Dean is so unprofessional he is rude, doesn't ask about anything hows your day ?, and how can I help ? Nothing so bland. I asked him how was his day, he said "good" no response after like bro think he's better than me. Just because you work at Roger Dunn don't mean nothing dean. If your life sucks at home or maybe your golf game sucks don't bring it on to someone else.

Everyone is very knowledgeable about the products. David was my fitter for my new irons and was an absolute pleasure to work with. My go to spot for all my golf gear. The manager Sean has a great team!

Bought a bag here over the weekend. The selection is pretty good and the store is pretty big. Not the best or worst and I'd come back here again if not near the PGA Tour Superstore in Irvine. That place is still my favorite.
