After numerous calls to speak with one of the sale representatives, the receptionist kept saying someone would reach out to me soon, however, after three weeks, nobody did. I also submitted an inquiry on their website, no response neither. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Plan for a 3-4 month turnaround instead of the industry standard of 2 for their contract manufacturing services. Estimated ship dates will roll by and they will come up with excuse after excuse.
