Wednesday, May 8, I came to this pharmacy by mistake for the first time and bought a shampoo and a softener. It turns out that the softener was also shampoo, that is, the softener was packaged as shampoo, I quickly went to the store to get my money back since it is a theft and I was mistreated by the clerk, an older man, since I did not speak English the Sir, he was disgusting and did not want to return the money for the products that were obviously not original. I don't know how they let these people work with the public, being so rude and so despotic.

Best Rite Aid Ever! All employees are fantastic. Store is clean and well stocked. Would not go anywhere else!

This pharmacy is fabulous. 100% improvement over CVS down the street. I might also shop in this store if corporate would fix the A/C. It's too warm for me in the store to linger beyond picking up prescriptions. The workers here deserve a medal for working in such a warm invironment.

legit no manners lol I walked in to pick up an item for uber and the lady I asked got upset and said no! we don't even have them who is putting the order in? I was like uhhh idk lady im just here to do a job lol I dont know what the inventory looks like not like I came here on purpose to piss her off... work on your manners lady maybe the store will have better reviews.

I used to support this pharmacy when the store front was clearly struggling (as per my previous review) but even the pharmacy quality has suffered. I was waiting for a medication which I followed up with them week after week as they said they didn't have in stock and they would place an order. The week after followed up they told me they will put in another order to make sure it comes which it didn't. Eventually I had to call around other rite aid pharmacies to see if they had it in stock and they did so I transferred my Rx to that store so I can get my medication in a timely manner. I think this store needs major improvement from the lack of inventory where I go in there needing something as simple as a mouthwash which they completely run out off. I'm not going to waste my gas going to a store that is going to disappoint me when they don't have my item. I want to support brick and mortar stores but this is why I'm realizing online orders are more convenient in just guaranteed to have your time but sometimes even cheaper than what is in store.

Been coming to this location for awhile now. Fast friendly service. Everyone working the pharmacy are also very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location. All the store Managers do an amazing job and we can't forget about the ice cream yummy.

I came here to return makeup and the lady who helped me with the transaction was nice. I then shopped for some things and my son accidentally knocked over a shampoo bottle and it broke. Some blonde lady with glasses and tattoos came over. I apologized for the inconvenience, she gives me a dirty look and then walks away calling for a mop and talking crap about us. As I stood in line to pay for my purchases, she walks by and states she'll be right with me and then when she rings me up she just looks at me instead of saying hello and how are you? Last time I checked, she's there for customer service. Not to give attitude.

The reason why I come to Rite Aid is for the cleanliness of the store and because of the way that I'm treated when I pick up my prescriptions. The women that work here already know my name so I dont have to say a thing except hello! I like this kind of service. The service is terrific and they go out of their way to help me with my refills. I get text messages on my cell to remind me what I need and when. This store on Bristol Street is my "go to" for all my needs and it doesn't hurt that I can do a little make-up shopping while I'm there.
