This place is a Gem! I luckily found REAL AUTO BODY online after a few days of many attempt and frustrating calls to other certified TESLA body shops. Ruby was very professional from the very first phone conversation to the last final day. I was in despair trying to find a decent place to repair my Tesla Model 3P when they suprised me that my disabled car was able to be picked up the very same day. Nick was very efficient and makes you feel worry free that the car will be in good care as if you're going to leave your sick child at a hospital. If you're like me, searching around, just hoping to find a place that will take good care of you, working with wonderful people in a timely manner, excellent communications, this is the place, and it's REAL.(I still cant believe this place exist) I'm referring this business to all my Tesla friends. Don't hesitate to give them a call.

I recently had my Model Y repaired at Real Auto Body. I was very impressed with the service I received.The staff was friendly and helpful from the start. They explained the repair process clearly and answered all of my questions.The repair work was done quickly and professionally. The car looks and drives like new. I recently had an incredible experience at Real Auto Body, and I feel compelled to share it. My Mercedes E 320 was in need of some serious TLC – it had its fair share of scratches, bumps, and a malfunctioning headlight. Nick, the owner of Real Auto Body is the nicest business owner I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with. Nick, Ruby and Joana are just an amazing team, and helped me out in a pinch when I had a small window of time to have my Tesla fixed due to me having to go back to work. Not only did it come out looking like new, but they go above and beyond to take care of you. I highly recommend Real Auto Body and the wonderful team who run it. This place is very detailed oriented, the staff is incredibly friendly, they make you feel comfortable. They have great customer service, and do really really good work. "Ruby" was so nice that it made all the process so much better for me. I highly recommend Real Auto Body to anyone who needs to get car work done.

Tesla Model 3, Simple rear-ender taking out the front fascia and hood bend. No main frame/structural damage. No fenders, doors, or back of hood out of alignment. Pop on and paint a new hood and front fascia, end of story... for what $5-8k max. DIY for $2-4k. Instead RAB replaced both fenders (not gapped correctly), replaced the fully functioning side cameras with non-OEM, and painted the entire front end (orange peel) from the front end to the rear doors, taking out the custom pin stripping, at $18,732."

I am so glad that I found Real Auto Body. From start to finish, it has been an absolute pleasure. Our Tesla Model 3 was rear ended and my wife was devastated that her beautiful car would never be the same. Not true, in fact, after Real Auto Body completed their repairs, our car was returned to us in better condition than before the accident!Nick, the owner picked up our car from our home in Santa Clarita on a beautiful flat bet truck. He was quite a pleasant surprise in that he was on time, super nice and reassuring that all will be ok. I felt comfortable with him taking our car to be repaired. He also returned our car to us at home and wow! our car looks amazing! We couldn't be happier with the results! Thank you again Nick!Ruby, the office manager was with us every step of the way. She let us know everything! When our car arrived, when estimates were completed, parts came in, adjusters.... (you get the idea), and answered any and all questions that we had through the entire process. She was a delight the entire time and never seemed annoyed with our repetitive questions:) Ruby even went as far as to leave us a little gift in our car when it was returned to us!I have found my go to body shop. Real Auto Body is it!One more thing, $500! This as not a scam, bait and switch or rip off. I'll admit that I was skeptical at first as well. After a phone call with Ruby and a conversation with Nick when he picked up our car, I was assured, the $500 is legitimate! and we did qualify! I was in a fender-bender and looked up auto body shops and found Real Auto Body. They did not disappoint!! From start to finish, it was a smooth experience and they were wonderful to work with. The process took a bit longer than expected (due to lag on my insurance company), but Joanna was so communicative via text with updates. Nick delivered my car to me once it was done and I never had to lift a finger. They even mentioned a promotion with a $500 Visa giftcard to be applied towards my deductible, 5-star service all around! If you need body work done, go with Real Auto Body!

My tesla got rear ended by truck and both software and hardware got pretty bad damages. However, now, the car is so brand new! They fixed it perfectly and very quickly. Also, I really appreciated their quick and detailed response to my questions (Thank you Joanna for that). I’ve been a customer of a few body shops, and this one is the best so far! I highly recommend this place.
