If I could I would give 0 stars to allstate. My son got hit from the back and allstate did nothing to help. We had coverage for uninsured automobile and still got no help. I now switch to Connect and they are amazing!!! Stay away from Allstate where your are from thieves’s hands

DO NOT waste your money getting insurance with Allstate. Of course they are nice to you when you pay the monthly fees. When it's their turn to pay, it's a no show. We had a car accident in March that our car got t-boned from behind because the woman (who had Allstate insurance also) was speeding. After all types of documents and them passing us around with many different "agents" and "supervisors" whose numbers you will never reach. They did not call us and we had to call them all the time. They finally replied to us after 3 months that they would not pay a cent because there was "no witness". They refused to inspect our car and told us that "Things happened and both parties parted ways, that's all, nothing we can do". Allstate is a scam!

We've Allstate for over 30years and with this agent for for over 10 years. Just had a water pipe burst so I ended up using my insurance. Things went from bad to worse when we ended up with an incompetent adjuster. Since we were in a bind, we reached out the agent and at first he said he was going to fight for us and escalate the situation up the proper channels. It was on a Friday that we spoke and he said he would call me on Monday to keep me up to date. He never did. I called his office on Tuesday and his assistant says "technically we're not your agent" they punted our claim to who we were with over 15 years ago yet it was them who we would pay. Our policy says they are our agent too. My advice for you is stay away! If you have family that doesn't speak English and they see it as convenient since they speak Spanish there, let them go guide them to a proper agent. Now we're going on 2 months and our problem is far from resolved.
