I came in on 9/14/2021. There were two females working in the front. The white woman was curt and rude to myself and other patients. I understand they are understaffed but your tone and choice of words goes a long way and can be off putting. I will not go back to this location.

The office staff was so warm and inviting. It was so refreshing. I wanted to get her name but the girl at the front desk intaking clients was amazing. Very positive and upbeat with every client entering. It made the whole experience a great one. Thank you for caring about your clients. I would definitely go here again in the future when needed!

Make your appointment online it’s EASY! Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by the front desk. I was called in less than 10 minutes. The staff were all nice and I noticed their friendliness towards other patients there. Thank you!

I have been to this Quest office many times now and each time I find the staff helpful quick and efficient.Which is all I really ask for but they are also friendly and very nice.

Waited over an hour & 45 minutes for a 5-minute procedure. I highly recommend making an appointment. Briana at the front desk was awesome. Fantastic people skills & personality. 5 stars for her. 2 stars overall. Simply too long to wait in a cold room with a full bladder.

BEWARE!!! PLEASE PICK ANOTHER LOCATION! This place is trouble.Phlebotomist drew 8 large tubs and 1 smaller tube of blood stuck labels on tubes of blood that were taken and she had more labels then tubes of blood so she then opened a drawer and pulled out 9 empty small plastic tubs without lids or serum in tubes and put the remaining labels with my name on them on the empty tubes. When questioned she responded in broken English "i knows what I'm doing this is the way we do it". I have never seen this in my entire life! I will be following up with the higher ups in Quest as well as contacting my insurance carrier and informing them of the situation and possible insurance fraud due to all the test ordered are now compromised and will not have accurate results whether the lady is transferring into smaller tubs, not running the test or trying to make up for volume loss. I will also be contacting the proper medical investigating departments with the state of California and filing formal complaints.

I was there for my annual checkup and had made my appointment online. I was checked in immediately and was greeted nicely by Breanna, while I was waiting for my turn, I notice how polite and respectful she was towards every one. She also did my blood work, my veins are difficult to find but she took her time and found the right one and made it look easy!

If you you go this location for drug screening test, then be prepared for waiting 2 hours! They hold drug test check ins and let other people behind you go first. Not a satisfying experience
