Michael at the lab doesn’t pay attention to detail and fails to read all of the lab orders given by the doctor. He then chooses to gaslight a minor stating that not all the paperwork was given instead of owning up to his oversight mistake. Such a shame. Next time, Michael, remember that just maybe you should pay attention to detail and instead of being more focused on closing shop. So very disappointing.

Garbage customer service, dirty lab, and unprofessional nurses.I had a scheduled appointment along with a confirmation. A nurse assisted me in entering my confirmation number and confirmed that I was checked in. However, my designated time passed without my name being called. Despite waiting longer, no one summoned me, so I approached the front desk to inquire about my check-in time. When I asked when I would be checked in, they informed me that I was not on the list. I explained that a nurse had used my confirmation number to admit me and that I was awaiting my turn. When they inquired about which nurse helped me, I couldn't provide a name as the nurse was on lunch break. I requested to be next in line, but they insisted I had to be on standby.I reiterated that I had a confirmed appointment and questioned why I would be on standby when I had a confirmation number. They asked for the nurse's name again, and I explained that she was on lunch. Despite being in the system initially, they claimed I was not and denied my request to move up in line. It felt like an unproductive encounter.

Wait time for an appointment - more than 60 minutes. Not acceptable. Manager available ? Nope. Always out to lunch or not available. Complaints made to Quest, yes. Response? None. This location isn't worth your time - go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Zero patient care. No sense of ownership when they mess up to correct their own errors. Happy to allow you to wait for a long time with no communication.

They keep you waiting for hours. If there is no one to help you, you cannot find anyone to contact you.

I had an appointment on at one Quest Location on La Veta Ave. On 9/20/23, in the city of Orange when I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, there was no one at the check in, only a scanner to scan my barcode. At the time of my appointment someone came out and told me my name was not in the list. When I showed my appointment, the person told me I was in the wrong building. Apparently my GPS did not specify that. I am a disabled person, and walk very slow, I tried to call to find out if I could still keep my appointment, but there is no one answering phone calls, everything is automated. So since by the time I painfully made it to my car, I could hardly move. So I decided to go home. Then I booked a new appointment for today at the location on Tustin Ave. in Santa Ana for today. But I needed to talk to someone prior to my appointment. Again, no answer. No one to talk to! I had to cancel because I have flu symptoms with no fever, and wanted to know if I could go anyway. But I thought it would be best not to expose anyone! I am so frustrated at the kind of neglect and lack of humanity and human communication. I am 76, with a lot of difficulties in walking, in fact very painful, being able to communicate would be a great plus! I hope Quest will consider having a live person back on the reception desk who can answer questions and concerns in person or on the phone.

Ridiculous no value for other people's time. I had 11:30 appointment and they didn't tell me till I arrived that they were more than 30 minutes behind!I'm a professional as well maybe I should bill them for my time...Worst ever!!

Often patients in our awful healthcare system are a captive audience and don't have much of a choice, but avoid this place if possible. I've been here twice before and had issues as well, but this experience has been the latest and the worst. I booked an appointment for a lab test for a weekday at 12:30pm and prepaid the exorbitant amount. The day before my appointment, Quest called me and notified me that the incorrect type of test had been booked so they needed to move my appointment to later that same day at 1:20pm. I agreed. I was running 5min late (yes, that part is my fault). When I went to check-in at the ipad station at 1:25pm, it incorrectly said I was more than 10 minutes late and that I would now be considered a "walk-in." Of course, there was no human to be found at the front desk. A lab tech came out after 10min and told me to have a seat and someone would be with me in another 10min or less. I waited for an additional 30min to see if they could help rectify their mistake, but no one came out to help me, so I left. Guess they didn't want my $140 because I'll be demanding a full refund and won't be back again! Too bad I can't be refunded for my wasted time.

They are always behind schedule on the appointments. If they can't handle the appointments, I would like them to not take as many appointments. I'm here for 12:20 pm PST appointment and still waiting for 40 minutes.

Shame on a lab serving the public with no soap in the handicapped restroom, (where I was told to go for a urine sample). Also, no little packages of personal wipes were supplied, to use before collecting the sample. Those wipes are always given in doctor's offices and in hospitals. This place has practices I'd expect in an impoverished third-world country.

Do not ever ever go to this place! If you are sick and needing answers, just know and be reassured that Michael doesn't give a crap how sick or I'll you are if things are not done in a quick enough matter for him, he just sends you out the door. I wouldn't take my worst enemy here.

Had an appt this morning. Got there 15 minutes early. Text message said to check in via phone--Don't need to go to counter. An employee came out 10 minutes later and said they were running 40 minutes late "because someone didn't show up" (I assume an employee) so I left and came back in 35 minutes. My name was off the list and the same employee informed me that they wouldn't be drawing blood from me today. Because I left... Said they were busy. Yeah me too.
