If we could give 0 stars… I would! 3 hour waste.
Do NOT come here. The waiting room floors were dirty. They only have 2 iPads to check you in; with NO ONE at their front desk. I confirmed with the supervisor Ana that they no longer have anyone to provide assistance at their front desk. Only the iPads. So if you have any questions or issues and need help… you are SOL. Also, they have an employee by the name of Leslie who has an extremely nasty attitude problem. Would NEVER recommend coming here unless you’re absolutely desperate.

Poor schedule appointment. I scheduled to get the appointment through a voice-activated system with Quest and got a confirmation code. But the lab has not had my appointment in their schedule!!!

I had an appointment, they took me in 4 minutes early! The phlebotomist was phenomenal didn't even feel the needle! I will keep coming back to this location, it's not the closest or most convenient but the staff is outstanding!

Been with Quest Diagnostics for over 16 years. The staff is "the best", always feel the "made it happen" when I walk out. Only ""LAB"" to use. From enter to exit, thank you.

As usual, Quest at the 801 Tustin Ave. location was extremely easy to schedule, confirm, and check in. The personnel are efficient, friendly, and professional! Thank you!

This location, Santa Ana (On Tustin Ave), is my go-to location. I have been lucky that most of the times either for my mother or myself we have been welcomed by Janet. Despite the language barrier (for my mother), Janet has always gone above and beyond during our visit. My mom really likes her.
This last visit was my turn. I have always wanted to acknowledge Janet, and I am finally doing it. Kudos to Janet!!!, who has been great all these years, always smiling and making the process smooth and painless.
Thank you Janet and looking forward to seeing you again in a few months (though I dislike needles)

The DMV of labs. If you’re 10 min late for appointment, you’re cancelled…. However, 30+ min late on their end is a-ok. Your time wasted is of no concern. Parking is a disaster. Not a fan. Just another example where patient care suffers. Healthcare is so broken.
Update: 50 min late.
