Extremely unprofessional! I had an interview today and I showed up nearly 15 minutes early for an interview waited for nearly an hour and no one showed up. I let an airport worker know I was there for an interview and she said she would let them know since she was going upstairs anyways and I could not cross the airport on my own and no one ever came.

First thing I want to say about this fine Qdoba location is that it is located inside an airport terminal past security. Folks, you're not going to get fancy, exquisite Mexican dining here. What were you will get is a well prepared quick Mexican dish. Wife ordered the Fajita Steak Bowl (pic included) and I got the Chicken Queso Bowl. Oh yeah don't forget to get chips and queso as a side. Some of the best queso I've had, included peppers and 3 cheeses. Keep up the good job Qdoba.

Really tasty, balanced flavours, reasonably priced and great service. Recommend the veggie corn tacos and the steak bowl.

Hadn't had Qdoba in awhile so decided to get a steak bowl while at the airport. Last time I had Qdoba was maybe a year or two back at Sea-tac airport. The experience is completely different.Kiosk order only. Couldn't order with a person. Asked for a tortilla on the side and the staff said I had to order it (not sure if I missed it on the kiosk).Portions are super small here, but the overall experience to customize the bowl is lost with kiosk ordering. Completely different from the Sea-Tac location.Seating is available and shared with other restaurants.

Its Qdoba!Albeit with a slightly restricted menu vs a full brick and mortar location (only cilantro lime rice, no brown. Only black beans, no pinto. Only flour tortilla, no whole wheat).Completely self serve with a kiosk.Unlike other commenters, my burrito seemed to be the same size as when I go to my local Qdoba. And as tasty as always!

Rushing to get something to eat before you board your flight in John Wayne? Definitely try this place! Quesadilla is great, especially fajita. Not too greasy, fresh peppers, and pretty tasty.

Needed something to eat before a flight and Qdobo hit the spot. Ordered a Chicken Queso Bowl off the pre-set menu and found it to be tasty. Portions are on the smaller side, but honestly, I wouldn't want a big or heavy meal prior to flying anyways. Food gets a thumbs-up from me. The only other close options were Jamba Juice, OC Pizza, and a closed Brodard Express. Qdoba had the longest line because two men were working and there's only 1 self-order kiosk. Seemed like customers' inefficiency trying to figure out the tablet slows things down. Eventually, one of the guys came up and took a few manual orders. Food only took a few minutes to come out. All in all, no complaints for now.

Good food and fast. Like Chipotle. Not sure why the other bad reviews. Did the job. You can even order single tacos for 4.65. For a fast airport bite that is actually healthyish. It’s a good option.

This is going the first and last time I'll try QDoba. Unfortunately, the chipotle copycat does not live up to the original. The food was bland, the steak was over cooked, there is no flavor in the guacamole. I was so disappointed as I spent almost $20 on the bowl. The service is self serve, so you pay via a kiosk and pick up later. It's easy and convenient but not worth it.

I was hopeful that this place would have good food. Their menu looked promising and they offered a reasonable amount of options for your meal (burrito bowl, burrito, salad, tacos, quesadillas, etc) and allowed you to choose the type of protein to go in you meal (chicken, steak, beef birria, impossible "beef",etc). Unfortunately, the burritos we ordered were not very good at all. They barely put any of the protein that we ordered into our burritos. But loaded the burritos with rice and beans. The amount of protein in my wife's burritos was about a tablespoon and at least a cup of rice. My burrito was made the same way, about a cup and a half of rice and about a tablespoon of protein. Needless to say we were both disappointed with the quality of their food.

Tldr - get chipotle on the way in.This copycat is a rip-off.I ordered a chicken burrito and chicken protein bowl. The bowl was half the size of what the picture looked like, and the food was cold and lacked any attempt at looking fresh - from the aged salad to the cold meat. The burrito was mainly rice and beans - the extra quac was stuffed on the bottom - no thought in how someone might like to eat it.I've had Qdoba in Seattle, so perhaps this was a staff issue. The staff seemed less than enthusiastic being there, and it showed in the product served. The only saving grace is the nice seating area that the airport provides.
