I have been taking my car here for service and repair for five years. Owner is totally honest and prices are fair. He is one of most knowledgable mechanics I have had the pleasure meeting. His trouble shooting skills are off the charts. I have recommended Pro Automotive to those in my office and now nearly a third of them bring their vehicles there. No going back to the stealerships!

I have been going to Pro Auto for nearly 26 years. No matter the issue Kim charges me fairly and 99% of the time has been able to fix the problem. He has seen me through many vehicles and has seen me angry, depressed, etc... He is always kind, goes above and beyond to help me out. I cannot see myself going to anyone else. I don't have a "my" doctor, or a "my" dentist, but I have a "my mechanic". Today I was in and out. I recently purchased another used vehicle and needed to get a smog check. I was there for 20 minutes, if that. Passed with flying colors. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Pro Automotive and Kim.

So I have a 1968 Camaro with a 454 block. It's just under 2 years old and something was leaking. I could not figure out what it was. I called the engine builder and they blew me off(different story) they said they aren't a repair shop and it's out of warranty but he did refer me to two shops; Moyers automotive and Kim at Pro Automotive. Moyers told me to go back to the engine builder and have them fix it but Kim was different. Mr. Kim took the time to clean the undercarriage and figure out where the leak was. He showed me the issue(oil pan stick was not sealed corrected from engine builder) and gave me a very fair price. Mr lee was busy he had two other cars on the racks but was empathetic to me and my vehicle. Thank you Mr Kim.

I was referred to Jesus and Jr. Maybe 4 years ago by a co-worker. Very honest service. Small parking area. I came back from a mechanic nearby and the last guy said that I had a leak needed to replacement which would cost over 3k. Jr. Was able to find that the thermostat needed to be replaced for about $90 (parts and labor) and the the car can be driven like that for awhile. He saved me $3k! I go to them for my other cars as well. Whenever I have an emergency, I can count on pacific auto to give me honest service and saving money.
