The Apartment place is very secure and maintained very well. The maintenance requests are usually fixed with in 24 hours. Mike was very helpful from the beginning and the Staff was very friendly and did a great job in having some events every month. I would definitely recommend this place.

I visit my boyfriend here often. I love the vibe here. I especially love making small talk with Mike. He is so friendly! Also, the maintenance team here is so prompt! I would recommend living here if you like to talk to staffs and really make your apartment feel like home.

My boyfriend and I have lived at Prisma for 3 months now and I love the little community! The living amenities are always clean and the custodial staff is so friendly. The management team is also amazing and friendly! They put on the best events and socials :) I also love that they answer promptly to any service requests and keep us in the loop regarding construction or maintenance on an elevator.It's also a 10/10 location! Very walkable to nearby food and Mothers Market. If you don't like the gym in the apartment, 24 hour fitness is also walking distance.The apartment unit itself is great and I have no complaints. Thank you Prisma for making my first apartment living experience amazing!!

I've been living at prisma for 2 years and just renewed for a 3rd and couldn't be happier. The office works so hard to keep the residents happy and throws some of the best community events I've seen. I've lived at many apartment complexes and none of them have truly felt like home until prisma. It is a smaller complex compared to all the other nearby communities which is great because it feels more secure and everyone is on a first name basis with each other. Bryant, Natalie and Michael are always super helpful and the maintenance team is quick to handle any issues we've had. I've toured the communities next to us and the choice is always obvious to stay here. Prisma is home.

My wife and I lived at Prisma for a year, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this complex. From the very first day of us moving in, we were impressed with how clean they had left our unit and simply how easy they made the move-in process. The complex itself is also very well-maintained, and they try to be on top of things when there are accidental spills or other small things here and there that require cleaning. The majority of residents are nice and courteous, which is reflected in the community having a very calm, chill vibe.It is located with fast and easy access to major freeways such as the 22, 55, and 5. Despite it being close to these freeways, there's never really much traffic at all on the surrounding streets, especially Lawson Street - which is the main street used to enter Prisma. As far as staff goes, we only have positive things to say about Bryant, Natalia, Mike, and the maintenance crew. Bryant does an extraordinary job as the Community Manager, communicating anything going on within the complex from upcoming repairs to events. Natalia and Mike were always genuinely nice and helpful the few times we needed their help with something and we appreciated that they were easy to get a hold of. We only had 1 maintenance request during our time there and it was addressed the very next day.This place really felt like home, and we only decided not to renew our lease as we were searching for a slightly bigger unit. Now that we're at a new complex, we miss Prisma being our home. All in all, Prisma really delivers a great apartment living experience on all fronts: a quiet community, thoughtfully designed floor plans, great working appliances, prime location, plentiful resident/guest parking, and amazing staff! Suffice it to say, we highly recommend Prisma! Even if perhaps other complexes in the area appear to look more "luxurious" and offer more, you won't go wrong opting for Prisma!

I have nothing but good things to say about Prisma. We've lived here for the better half of about 3 years and enjoyed our time thoroughly -- The complex is clean and it's location is fantastic where you aren't too far away from anything in the O.C area. Bryant and the team are great and are professional, kind, and hardworking to ensure things at Prisma run as smoothly as they can. Big kudos to the entire staff, we are sad to move away from what we called home, and wish new residents the best.

I've only had positive things to say so far about my recent move in with my partner. We were welcomed by Mike as soon as we entered the leasing office. His enthusiasm and exceptional familiarity with the apartment complex truly showed. Because the apartment is in Santa Ana, I was initially a little hesitant to see it, but do not be misled. The apartment complex is in a secluded and great location. Not only are the amenities top notch at the community, but the apartment itself is amazing. The minute I walked in, I knew we were going to sign a lease that day and I am so glad we did. We've already met some wonderful neighbors, and I can't wait to go on this new journey at Prisma.

A well run and moderately stylish Santa Ana apartment complex. The staff is friendly and welcoming, security systems are effective and dogs are allowed. Rent is market competitive, which is to say high, compared to other markets. A pool, separate sun deck and dog run are among the on-site amenities.

Maintenance team is awesome. Appears safe but have had car broken into, once a week I find a house less person digging in the trash(behind the "secure" gate)and 1 month ago my partner got in the elevator and 2 men in ski masks were getting on.There are at least 3 airbnbs on my floor, so it is loud and disruptive. The management acted like they were concerned but we still see random people coming in and out and we notified them around thanksgiving 2022.Just received a notice they want to raise our rent 20%-$400 more in one year. Last year it was 10%. This place was built in 2018 so the rent control laws in Santa Ana don't apply. The pool and gym are really nice, and I love that I can hop on the 22 and walk to mothers market. However, I would not suggest anyone I care about live here. If you have room to handle $300-$500 increases in rent then the amenities are worth it. We moved in in June of 2020 for reference

This is an overdue review - my boyfriend and I moved in to Prisma in March 2022. The staff here goes above and beyond to make your experience a positive one! Bryant, Natalia, and Mike are so great. Every maintenance request we’ve had has been addressed either same day or next day by Minor. We love our 1BR apartment and now also have a puppy. We are so, so happy here and have no complaints. There are little messes here and there from other residents - but the staff does their best to keep everything clean. It’s also super quiet at night. Highly recommend Prisma if you’re looking for more modern apartment living with decent amenities.

Prisma has a great vibe that makes our home special for my boyfriend and I. The friendly staff are quick at responding, handle any situation, and do their best to help! Mike helped us move in and is AMAZING! Prisma has great amenities, polite and friendly community, pet-friendly, lots of guest parking, and overall, exceptional housing Defs recommend for your next home

My review is based on a tour and response from the leasing office and not as a resident. Prisma has a new owner and the property is relatively quiet as it's located on a street with many apartment complexes. Unfortunately Prisma apartments do not have any patios/balconies. I enjoyed their bathroom in one of the apartments as it provided a large shower head with a great backsplash. They have one pool but it's relatively small. Our leasing agent was Bryan and he was attentive, knowledgeable and informative.
