I purchased a copy machine from them and when I signed up for a service agreement they overcharged me for color copies that I didn't use. I asked repeatedly to read the copy meter to confirm what they are billing me for color copies. They refused to confirm this and where charging us for copies we didn't use. We have many times tried to resolve the situation and the refused to comply. Strongly recommend that you DON'T use this vendor.

Nice people. Not very understanding when financial pressures force closure of business. Want full lease payoff and they can still lease the machine or sell for way more than going market rate so I have it sitting in a storage and paying off monthly lease and nobody benefits except them. Not happy but life is full of these difficult times.Update 10/5/2022.... did my best to work with them when having machine moved into a space another office could use. Machine worked for awhile but then stopped working. I requested to be able to use some of the premium features and they would only have a tech talk to me on the phone and excoriated me when I used the wrong terminology to ask for some help. Would not come out after 3 months asking for help which is included in my service contract. They informed me it would cost extra to have someone help and that I should have another IT company come help me instead. I even said I would pay for the help and still nothing. Paying every month for a floor model paperweight. Asked to end lease and still no help after several email. Was charged for more than monthly because of copy count which for 4 months was zero and then all of a sudden more copies in one single month, not taking into account the alloted parameters of the lease and charging me extra anyway. Begged for help and none. Had to have bank fix the issue then drop off machine only to be told the machine was damaged even though we carefully loaded and delivered it. Did not take machine back and still demanding full lease payment and pre cancellation fees on top of it. Greed knows no bounds here. Beware

RUN. This company has the absolute worst customer service ever and will be no help when you actually need them to address an issue. On top of paying thousands of dollars for a new machine the one time we had real issues they rushed me off the phone blaming our IT. Then when we reached out again they wanted to charge me to dispatch their own IT since they had berated our IT tech during the service call along with their passive aggressive emails to us. Would never recommend this company to anyone, we terminated all services with them immediately after this experience. We had a new company come out and had the issue fixed in 15 minutes and low and behold it wasn't an IT issue but an issue with the machine.
