They not only deserve 0 stars but a law suit! I have a neighbor that took her little fur baby in for a grooming and due to their negligence ended with an amputated leg. Not only did this place physically abuse her fur baby but caused her to loose her little leg. They ended paying the medical bills (as they should) but all this could have been prevented. I just don't understand how these people could have the heart to do this to a poor fur baby who cannot speak for itself. I have 2 dogs myself and I WILL NEVER bring them here! If you care and love your pets you will read the rest of the reviews and keep them far far away from this crap hole. I hope this place gets shut down before they hurt any more. As for the owner, you should be ashamed. Karma is real and it will come back to you.

They ruined my husky's hair. I asked for trim on her butt and they shaved her. They admitted that they knew that shaving a husky's hair is bad for them but they still did it. The man there tried to undermine my feelings by stating that he's a medic or something and that he knows better than me. These people do not care and will not take your feelings into account. I am appalled by their service and do not recommend them. I did not like being mansplained, so ladies avoid this place.

Do not take your pet here! I made an appointment for my dog at 8:00. To start, they were late opening the store. Then, I drop off my dog and the groomer tells me it shouldn't be more than an hour and a half. 10:00 comes and goes and I haven't heard anything. I call and they say they are just starting to work on grooming her. Then I call again at 11. Now they say they are just waiting to do her nails because she won't let them clip her nails (she has a tough time with this). The groomer says she's waiting for her partner that went to the store for a battery for the nail equipment and that it shouldn't be more than 30 minutes. We get there to pick my dog up at 11:45 and her nails still aren't done. Horrible service and communication. Do not go here.

DON’T BRING YOUR PETS HERE!! THEY ABUSE ANIMALS!!! The lady is so rude and has an attitude for no reason, if she acts like this with people I don’t even want to imagine how she acts with the poor animals. I took my dog here about 3 times, each time she had razor burn on her stomach, plus she was frightened and depressed all day HUGE RED FLAG. This place needs to be shut down.

I came into this stop to purchase a few items for my bird and meanwhile I was there I saw how bad the groomer was treating the dog she was grooming, it was a small calm chihuahua but yet had its mouth restrained, the dog almost fell from where it was getting groomed several times due to neglect. Also the cats being kept in small cages without food and water ! Awful place !

I took my dog here around 10:30 and she has been there for almost 6 hours and they haven't even done anything to her yet do not bring your pets here at all it sucks and the owners are very mean and unfriendly

this is such a bad place with such disturbing and disgusting owners. terrible customer service, aswell as treating animal unfairly. all animals are stuffed into small cages and are usually crying once you walk in. they keep your pet for about 1/4 of the day with no food or water. not to mention, my dog has come out with multiple cuts on his body. don't bring your pets here.

Why is this not too place still in business !????? Everyone please stop bringing your pets here .. got a couple blocks down instead, discount pets, they're super nice and treat the pups with care, unlike this one !

Honestly I use to love the service due to the negligence I ended paying almost $500 from my dogs medical bill. I made them pay me that bill which I am thankful for BUT I do want to point out there BE CAREFUL!!! Maybe they won’t even do this to other people! They tried to cover up the broken nail by leaving the hair by the paw longer. I honestly thought it was an honest mistake and just left it as that and until my dog started crying when I started grabbing her paw. I took her to the hospital and they told me who ever attempted to cut her nail had cut passed the limit. Even if they payed the bill My dog is now going to have to be on meds and at full rest until her nail grows back! Save yourself the money and time and go somewhere als. EN MI PERRRA VIDA WOULD I return to this place EVER. May they learn and be cautious. They are all rough on the pets they don’t care and I can almost guarantee only 1 of them has a license to do all the grooming the rest of the girls don’t care. PLUS they talk to you with such a horrible attitude that when you give them attitude they want to bust the “no me faltes alrespeto”I honestly don’t know why if they don’t like their job they even work there? GOOD LUCK IF YOU STILL WANT TO COME HERE BUT IF YOU DO!!!!! Make sure you check the pet before leaving! From everywhere nails, eyes,hair,ears, and grab your pups paws and check that they didn’t mess any nail up! They know who I am?
