Called ahead and let them know. I was on my way for a patch. They said OK and everything seemed fine. Came in just for a patch. The manager was sitting on the chair and had an attitude told me to go wait outside 30 minutes later he tells it’s gonna be a while we will let you know. Went somewhere else and they patched it in 10 minutes no problem

Had a forklift tire pressed here. They had it done for me same day and were very polite. The issue is they quoted me ~2hrs and it took them almost 4. I understand people get busy and guys need their lunch and break time. Just don't overpromise.

Charged more than 500$ than other shop to replace tires. Also refused to provide any warranty. Terrible.

Needed 6 tires for my RV, I have a specialized flat tire safety clamp that requires a specialized tool and knowledge to remove and replace. Peats Road Service was the only place that could do it all turnkey. The price was good, the service spectacular and the wait was minimal. In and out in 2 hours

I had a screw in the tread of my 2022 Class A diesel pusher motorhome. It was not losing air, but at 110 PSI and 35,000 lbs I didn't want to risk it. Other places were quick to say "you need a new tire" and try to charge me $800+ for the job, even though this tire only has 6,000 miles on it. Pete's offers mobile repair service, at a very reasonable price, and they walked me through the process of how the internal vulcanized patches work. When I asked to schedule the appointment, the gentleman on the phone said "why don't you go ahead and remove the screw and see if it's losing air. Its possible the screw is short and that's why you haven't lost any air - it didnt make it through the tread. I'll have someone standing by, but you may be able to save money on the service call if a patch isn't needed" Well, it turns out he was absolutely right! The screw was only half an inch long, removed with ease and no air lost. Pete's didn't get any money from me for this encounter, but they did earn a new lifelong customer for the many, many years my family and I plan on owning this RV!

What a blessing to find this tire service center. After making the mistake of trying to use another "American" tire store, Pete's came to our rescue! They had the tires we needed for our RV in stock and the professional knowledge to break them down and remount. The guys working there were all very kind and eager to help! I would recommend Pete's to anyone in need of tires.

This shop is a class act! We bought our first truck, that needed some quick fixes, and Pete's went above and beyond for us! During our realignment one of the sensors got niched, and Pete's no questions asked said that's on us find someone we'll pay for it! They don't make shops like this anymore, and even after when our alignment still felt off, they added a new tire and now it drives like a dream! We have recommended them to all our relay community and will for sure be back for our next trucks and for any other work! Pete's in Santa Ana is the place to go! No BS! Thanks Nick and Miguel!

Johnny from the Santa Ana store came out to my job site location swapped out a rear tire on my sweeper . His customer service was outstanding and I was back running in no time at all . Appreciate the service !
