If there was a choice i wouldnt even put one star!! Dont ever ever ever buy a car from here we got a jeep patriot and it was okay while we drove it home! But once we wanted to do something for the weekend since we got it on a friday, it wouldnt turn on!! So we took it saturday morning they fixed it and it would run good couple hrs later it was the alternator that was messed up! They fixed it, then after a week with the car they picked it up because supposably the bank didnt approve us!! We called the finance company and said that since the beginning we werent even approved and stoled our $1500 downpayment!!

Do not come here they sell messed up cars and yet they won’t fix it and they won’t take blame save yourself some money and time and just go to a better dealer with better offers all of their cars are over 150 K miles both cars will only last you up till one or two years save yourself some time and money because if you go here at the end of the day you will end up using a Uber because cars are messed up and they will not fix them I purchased a car from them and within the same day the AC wasn’t working and I brought it back and they fixed it then the car was shaking and they took it to the mechanic but yet they said it was just a sensor but when we asked the mechanic what he had fixed to the car the mechanic stated it was the motor mounts so save yourself some time don’t get a car there they just lie about fixing their cars.

I've bought two cars here.

I've bought two cars here. First one was a Volkswagen Jetta. Within the 1st 30 day I had to take it to one of their mechanics for minor issues. Once I got the car back the car was leaking they managed to crack the anti cooler. Good thing I noticed. So I had to take it back. Within 5 months the paint started to chip. Years later (5 months ago) I bought another Volkswagen this time a Passat. We went a couple weeks prior their was a crack in the front window and few dents in the car which he said he'd take care of. We got a call a week or so later saying the car was ready. We went back I took her for a test drive at night didn't see the crack in the driver side of the front window. I liked the car. So we started doing the paper work. I told him I lived in Costa Mesa but wanted everything based in Santa Ana. When we came back everything was directed to our Costa Mesa address. I said ok fine. Did the paperwork and left with the car. Immediately upon leaving I wanted to play some music and the passenger speaker was popped! I immediately called him and told him and he said bring it back tomorrow. So fine. We're driving as we're driving home the check engine light comes on! I told him the next day he scanned it and said we'll set an appointment with the mechanic. Which we did. As we were driving the car for a day or so I noticed the brakes were squeaking loud in the back. So I called and told them he said they were new brakes but he'll have the mechanic check it out. I took the car dropped it off and they called me saying the car was ready, I went to pick it up and the check engine light was off and I asked about the brakes and he said I checked them and they're new I also drove the car and didn't hear anything. I said fine. Two days later check engine light comes on again and the brake sounds like it's rubbing up against the bearing. I immediately called him and he said bring it in it's a simple fix and told him about the brakes again. I took the car he did the simple fix again and said he switched the front brakes when I clearly told him it was the back. A week later I'm tired of hearing the back brakes so I call him and again the check engine light comes in. He said to bring it in for a diagnosis I did he heard the brake they ordered the parts and we set an appointment for Saturday. The dealer (pacific auto) said it would be quick I went the mechanic wanted me to leave the car I didn't want to because I've been there 2 times already and had no success. So after waiting in the car for two hours the mechanic comes and says I'm tied up with this car I'm currently working on come back at 1. At this point I'm upset, I told him I'd go back. I went back and he was still working on the car told me to go back tomorrow. I went back he wasn't there. It's since been 4 months. And my brakes were fixed by my account which was 200 the simple issue was a 300 dollar issue and now the buttons on the steering wheel don't work. And my passenger speaker is still popped. This dealership is trash. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Went to the dealership and they seem friendly, but then it take 2 whole days for them to reply back to you to see if you got approved for a car. Sad part is that you have to call them because they state that they are busy but when I went there, I barely see anyone. Then before we can even test out the car they have to jumpstart the battery, and this looks bad for any dealership. If you want to go to reliable place to go buy a car, this is not the place for you.

Worst experience ever!! Bought a car here 90 days later it is undriveable. Major issues going on with the car. We feel as if we bought a $10,000 shell we have repaired more than 7 issues, not including the three issues the dealership fixed within 30 days of buying the car. The car dealership salesman response was "what do you want us to do about it!!" I trusted this car dealership to sell us a car that would be reliable and not break down and be undrivable within the first 90 days of purchase. We work hard for our money. And are totally devastated. This car is used for our youth group as well as our community service which we take pride in. it is not only doing an injustice to us but also to the service and a great hindrance in our giving back to the community. If it was one issue or even to we would understand but it's been 9 all together and Counting. All statements are true and can be back with facts, receipts and mechanics statements have a blessed day. As I was writing this review I got in the car to take a picture and the airbag light came on give me a break if you notice in the pictures all the other mechanic shops are different but certified and credible five star mechanic shops you will also notice the sensor light to the tires is on on the dashboard when I say this has been a $10,000 nightmare I am not kidding notice how new the car looks that's why I picked it economical for our youth group it's sad? before I forget within my warranty the battery went out and they made me pay half out of my pocket to replace the battery cash?

Over priced over checked on a $5000 car to hurt someone credit for 2 years makes no sense. If you want to do credit check move the dealership to somewhere with a higher Economy so a credit check won’t hurt the rich or middle class that already owns homes
