Just want to let the Infusion center know much they are appreciated! Office young lady in their office and Nurse Amy are so compassionate and professional . Love how much they give over and above to help us , the patient. I was feeling really bad today before I received my infusion and told Amy how hard it was for me to get through to my doctors office. She went and got through and had the doctors office call me ! Wow ! What a blessing she is .Thank you Amy and staff. ?

Oh no!!!! I wanted a doctor closer to my job and not I’m regretting to think about changing to these doctors!! I’m not one to stay with a doctor that won’t give 100% of their time with me?? To just see me so quick and send me off!! I want a doctor that will have the time for me and so far I haven’t been able to fund one like that! Do all doctors think the same like if their patients are just money and not people??

I am a patient here of Dr. Santiago & Dr. Natla and let me just say they are amazing! They are kind, super knowledgeable, and definitely care about their patients. I appreciate Emily MA (Dr. Natla's MA) and Dr. Santiago's MA I believe Veronica. The portal is not its best but the care I have received over the years is great!

1-2 hr wait for 5-10 min visit with a flippant doctor. Not sure why this group requires several visits (4) at $15 a pop when equivalent care at another group took 1.

Run away! This place is a logistical nightmare. After waiting weeks to see a specialist as recommended by my GP (also at Optum) they cancelled my appointment the night before because “that doctor doesn’t cover that issue”. Optum is an awful excuse for patient care.

Dr.Phillip Cheu is supposedly my primary doctor but will not help control my Sjorgens syndrome. Even being seen by a specialist he will not prescribe any drugs needed for my sjogrens while my specialist is unavailable. Worst experience and this happened 2 different times. He will not take the time to look at my history to know that the drug that I was asking for is needed for my salivary gland inflammation. Ever since COVID happened this doctors office have went down in my experience. Losing the best doctors. They will be losing a patient soon.

Dr Debold and the staff have been amazing to my autistic son, understanding his condition and how to care for him. Even if my pediatrician is not available I can see another doctor the same day and they have all been so far kind and knowledgeable. They make it easy to get virtual consultation, pick up sick notes and usually pick up the phone fast.

The phone number leads to a scam trying to collect your information. Left my full name until I realized that this number has been wrong for at least a year.

Everyone I came into contact with was positive, observant, and helpful. My doctor listened to me, asked questions, and went to work, trying to make me healthy. He also encouraged me to message him through Optum with any new developments while I’m in the process of getting tests done to figure things out.

Optum is one of the most disorganized healthcare clinics in all of SoCal. There are no set standards for anything: insurance eligibility, appointments, even billing. No one is on the same page, because there is a huge lack of disorganization and miscommunication.Optum has the wrong number on my file--which I have changed a total of 8 times--and will call my mother, who is in Optum but has a different insurance. They will also send my medical documents to her house--this is against the confidentiality standards! I had to talk to a supervisor, who dismissed the issue claiming that it was "an error in the computer system."I've made appointments on the phone, then show up on my appointment date and they claimed I had no appointment. This has happened to me 3 times.The OBGYN doctors, specifically Dr. Nguyen, are horrible. They don't explain any procedures and will say derogatory comments during women wellness exams.Truly Optum is completely disorganized and a horrible healthcare clinic. Dr. Cheu is the only good doctor here and my reason for staying with this shitshow for the past 10 years.When I called customer service, I got transferred 4 times and was on the phone for an hour, but only talked with a representative for 15 minutes.Do not come here. The entire organization--even at the corporate level--is disorganized. I'll be surprised if they last the next few years. They do not care about patients, how to run a business, or the feedback from anyone.

I'm a first time father and this clinic is no help at all, they did the run around about sending some necessary paper work to our new clinic and we eventually had to call the state because they weren't helping at all. But we come to find out that they drew blood to early for her 2nd trimester so the test was invalid and now it's to late to take the test again because it's supposed to be done 15-20 weeks in. Why didn't they call and tell us? Why did we have to call the state and find out for ourselves. Worst clinic ever I don't recommend ever putting your trust in them.

If I could give this place zero stars it would be too much. My sons pediatrician retired and they transferred us without notice to dr egesdal. Not ONCE has this dr seen my son in person after making three appointments with them. All they do are tele visits apparently, even with a negative COVID test. How can you even properly examine any patients over a FaceTime call? Terrible practice can't believe they are licensed to work.
