The main issue I had is the building is not marked as OCDepot, address matched so went in, signs inside.I was greeted by a pair of eyes barely peeing over two massive monitors. I was asked if for pickup and my name. Very pleasant and polite. I was offered a seat while my items were brought up. Everything went smoothly.

Communication is a little lacking. I had a question about their pickup policies and it was obvious that “Rona” didn’t even bother to actually read my message. Her very automated and unhelpful response informing me they offer local pickup, then giving me their office hours and instructing me to select local pickup at checkout (all information I didn’t ask for), did not answer my question which was, “How soon after purchase would the item be available for pickup?”

Sold faulty computer to me on eBay. Has 1 month warranty, even though just about every retailer selling imacs offers a 1 year warranty. 1 month warranty exists because they have no confidence in the products sold. This is essentially them saying "theres no way we can guarantee this computer will even work in 6 months". Refurbished means refurbished, but to OC Depot it means "Well..the computer turned on...so that means it's in great condition". Computer worked upon arrival, but quickly declined in usability due to failing graphics card amongst other potential issues. Seller stopped responding even though I have legitimate issues. "More than $20,795,925 Sold" but $600 refunded is out of the question. 99% positive feedback, but 22 negative reviews in the past year that weren't addressed in addition to mine. As long as 99% are happy, then we have no reason to care about the 1% who received a failing unit. I don't need a copy paste PR response from the owner, I need a refund. More than happy to change my review after a refund.

I bought two used servers from these guys and both were exactly as a advertised. They are easily accessible and the pickup of my servers was butter smooth. I’m sure I’ll be a repeat customer.

BUYER BEWARE. This company uses unethical business tactics and refuses to fulfill its obligations to its own customers when it doesn't fit their fleeting need to make an extra buck at someone else's expense. I sent an order that Chris at OC Depot received and acknowledged, and after we sent the requested payment, they decided several hours later to sell the product to someone else, claiming instead that "they haven't received payment from me so they don't have an obligation to fulfill the order". No ethical company operates this way.

Purchased Engenius PoE switch on ebay from this company and it was defective. Because it was past 30 days they would do nothing to assist with a replacement or refund. Very unwilling to help. I was not able to look at and test this switch sooner due to my schedule, but when I did finally unbox and test, fan was bad and PoE not working on switch. Would NOT recommend buying form them.
