I don't understand all the bad reviews but this program was a life saver for me but I was part of strong families. My sons host family was absolutely amazing! One thing you have to understand is that these people have families too so you have to work around not only your kids schedules but their kids too, its not what you want, its what your children need. Plus this place gets busy fast so patience is everything. But I have no complaints! -I am a google contributor I write reviews with my honest opinions to ensure the most accurate information is given to the public.

I was Placed Here in '97. They have all the tools to prepare youth to succeed on their own. But as youth, opportunities don't 'always' register as such.Your facility treated me like a valued human being, while challenging me to take ownership and responsibility for the choices I made.Much Respect.

Shady business practices. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a FFA. They will say anything to get you to take a placement and talk out of both sides of their mouth. They don't care or listen to what your wants/needs are. We had a truly terrible experience and wouldn't wish the interactions we had with them on our worst enemy. The lack of respect shown to my family was unconscionable. Use any FFA besides this one. It really does say something when their last good review was over three years ago...

If your child lives with Olive Crest beware. Foster Families are not actually employed by Olive Crest so if they abuse your child and report it they will do nothing. All the Olive Crest Foster Families are contracted through Community Care Licensing. So if your a family dealing with a run around like I am maybe this will help. I thought I could trust Foster care with my child that is wrong and Olive Crest doesn't hold accountability for employees actions.

I am very disappoint with this agency. First of all, they want to remove my daughter from the Medical. Danielle Dewees told us in order to foster a child I must cancel medical from my daughter. Then, her comments are like racist she got upset because my wife does not speak English, she wanted to send her to English class in the Community . She started to talk about Jesus and churches. I am not religious but in order to foster you most be religious. Finally, she complain about my house it was too small. I believe this agency has some bias to multi racial people Specialist Mexican. They only want white people.

Kathrine is so wonderful to work with. I called this agency over 2 weeks ago for help for my family. I spoke to Sylvia. She told me lies and never called me back after trying to reach out to her multiple times. They never helped me or my family. Not just this employee, but this whole company should be shut down. Why be in this business if you really don't care for the kids?

Our family has been fostering through Olive Crest for a couple years now, and we have loved our experience! We enjoy working with such an incredible organization that works so well alongside the county. Throughout our fostering journey, we have received so much help and support along the way. I was a client and lived in there transitional homes. I lived in several apartments they had and all of them were infested with mold and bugs. They do not care to move you into an unhealthy living environment. Their "services" are primarily focused on doing their personal paperwork for the job. They will be quick to write ups and don't genuinely connect with the client. They're there for 1 reason. Government money .

I have been serving with Olive crest for the past 2 years! My wife and I are foster parents and we have loved the journey! From the first day we signed up for more info, to the day we received our first placement, we felt supported and seen the entire time! We are so thankful for the values that Olive crest has around caring for kids who have been through trauma. Olive Crest has been such a blessing to us. If you’re wondering whether or not you should choose this agency, do it! You won’t be disappointed. Their support alone is unlike any other. There is a saying that it takes a village to raise a child… Olive Creat is your village. They celebrate with you, cry with you, and walk along side the very hard journey of Foster Care with you. I honestly don’t think I could have made it through our journey without our amazing case manager and the support Olive Crest has given me and our family.

My daughter had a MONITORED visit with her mother (who lost my daughter to me because of child abuse, neglect and keeping her out of school for 2 grades) at the visit the mother was able to give my daughter 50MG of CBD in front of the monitor! It was a big green package that had a big marijuana leaf on it with big letters that said 50MG CBD. What is wrong with these people? I called to complain they said they would get back to me, never did. Filing police report today!

Horrible experience. We are figuring out now if the administrative staff will do anything for there “social workers” reprehensible and maybe even criminal behavior. Not to be trusted. Beware
