Not a legitimate doctor or business . Will write you prescriptions when medications aren’t available , will not call you back or the pharmacy , BANNED from all Walgreens and Costco pharmacies . He does not care about his patients and should not be practicing . Fraud

Mina and Ivy are so helpful when it comes to helping you find your prescription when it's out of stock at seemingly every pharmacy. They both went above and beyond to help me when they really didn't have to and were extremely kind in the process. Also, we all know Josie is the best human, ever. The entire staff has been and continues to be extremely friendly and helpful and that's why I have been going here for almost 8 years. Thank you again Mina and Ivy. I appreciate you both and I'm sure there are many patients there who feel the same!

If I could give negative stars for the medical care I would. Dr. Wagner is very arrogant and judges you before he even opens your file. They offer pain management but rather than taking a single moment to ask what was wrong he accused me of being an addict. I use to regular get medication for pain from the facility but have been out of the country building a shelter/ vocational school for at risk women and children so I did have a gap between visits but his first words were to accuse me of dependency. I tried to explain how the other dr. That I usually see suggested trying alternative methods but they didn't work. I have had a laminectomy, microdiscectomy, steroidal injections, epidurals, radio frequency /spine injections (x6), 18 months physical therapy and prolotherapy procedures. All of which I went under for other than the epidural and steroidal injection. I have been on numerous anti- inflammatory medications, gabapentin, Percocet, oxycodone (provided by his office multiple times), tizanidine, nerve and bone pain medication. Not to mention I have been seen by doctors with much better credentials than this sorry excuse of a Dr. Including a doctor in charge of an Olympic team and a doctor in charge of medical management of an NFL team. At this time I was proposed the idea of a imputing a plate in my spine but the procedure called for entering through my abdomen and I do not have kids yet and didn't want to entertain any risk of retrograde ejaculation (a potential risk associated with this procedure). I have opted for stem cell therapy treatment as my attempts of healing through meditation, acupuncture, diet, inversion and physical therapy etc. Not only did Dr. Wagner not bother to look at any of the above, he failed to read my mri report that indicates pinched nerves, degenerative disc, and a sacral fluid pocket pushing up against my spinal cord. He had access to all the above but decided to accuse me of dependency before even asking me what was wrong. My pain levels are so intense it's created lymph issues where blood pools at the base of my spine as it tries to fight the massive swelling left behind from my original surgery. I then explained the above and asked how he could make such a rude and arrogant accusation without examining a single thing. I invited him to examine the lack of strength in my legs, my ridgity, lack of flexion, rotation and decreased mobility. I also informed him that I couldn't even straighten my legs nor fingers and struggle with everyday tasks like shaving or house chores. I again stated he had record of my adhesion issues and adhesion therapy. But I was judged by my beard (which I have because it pains me to lean over a sink) and long hair (a preference that is a given right of mine, not a privilege or something a law allows, it's a birth right and should be free of judgement.). I've also had hand tremors since 1992 as it's a genetic trait which I've explained to him & other doctors practicing there multiple time (which should have been in my file) yet he used that as a reason to accuse me of dependency. I paid $80 for what they say is a "CONSULTATION", yet all that was done was my BP and pulse. I can have that done through and app or at any pharmacy nation wide for free. I politely asked him to stop making assumptions and to put his preconceived prejudice aside and to actually physically examine me instead of just halfway opening a folder and not even reading the first paragraph of my patient file. I don't choose to live in agonizing pain and it impedes my everyday life. I asked him again to stop being disrespectful and condescending but he just continued to talk over me, not listen, interrupt me anytime I spoke. I asked for a refund for the consultation as I wasn't consulted on a thing but just went for a session of defaming my character. I really needed help with school, and after 3 months coming to this place, I passed a test I've been trying to pass for 2 years! Honestly, I don't think I could have done it without their help. Im on my way to an amazing career and wonderful life. Josie is the sweetest, and I've gotten more from her in 3 sessions than in years of therapy. She's truly an angel. I'm forever grateful.

I have been coming here now for sevral months and NOTING BAD TO SAY LIKE ALOT OF OTHERS ĎO. I LOVE the front office stfaff, clean rooms, clean bathroom and always willing to fit me in if i need to change my appt time. ALSO MY FAVORITE REASON FOR GOING THERE IS JOSIE ???????? I have been seeing Dr. Wagner for awhile now and I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. He is very knowledgeable and cares about his patients. I have been to other pain management doctors who just didn't seem to care how much pain i was in. From the front office to the back, they are so friendly and funny, they are my favorite people to see every month.

I was a patient of OC Comprehensive for a year and a half approximately. I had referred a client to Dr, Wagners office . When i found out my treatment was discussed with my client on his appointment I was shocked and speechless . It was unprofessional and a clear violation of my rights as a patient. I promptly reached out to their office to discuss this violation to try and understand why this happened and possibly resolve the problem . However, the lack of communication with their office was clearly indicative of the offices poor management , especially when I received a non response 12 days after my initial contact. It was very clear this sensitive matter was not important enough for Dr Wagners office to immediately address. This is now a litigious matter which could have been avoided if handled professionally.

Called and asked if I could be helped with my chronic cough. I was told I could be seen and assisted although this clinic deals with pain. I was pretty much charged for the consultation for them to tell me they don't deal with my issue. Then why would you even tell me to come in and charge me a "non refundable" consultation fee. Please be honest with your patients from the beginning.
