Went in there not knowing exactly what parts I needed for the issue my vehicle had. Andres was thorough and professional and extremely knowledgeable about the parts I needed for my vehicle. I purchased all the parts for my car. Their pricing was more than fair. I will be coming back . Thank you.

I do not know why I even try to go to other places. This location always has everything I need to complete my auto maintenance. The product appears to be of better quality as well. I am not a professional but a DIY.

So rude and unhelpful customer service. The old guy helping us was almost like a smart ass. I should've read some of these reviews before going here ended up buying down the street. Some people need to learn customer service or get another profession.

We had to order chains for our car because our size was not in stock. They didn't fit after all and when I called to order the next size up I was told none were available in So Cal and chains could not arrive in time for an upcoming trip. Went back to return the unused chains and at first the my didn't want to refund me. But when I explained that the paperwork didn't say they could not be returned they gave me to refund.

So I went into the store today and a man by the name of Alberto was SO rude didn’t assist me what so ever. Clearly I am a women and do not know much about cars but he clearly stated “you need to help me in order to help you”! Long store short I just need oil and filter for a oil change this cost me $72 total I get home my father tells me they over charged me, I drive back thankfully a worker by the name of Reggie assisted me so how I was over charged helped me recommended a gallon and cheaper filter total $41 and refunded me back the rest of the money. If you go into this store don’t even bother getting any type of help with this rude employee ALBERT
