“Hire them twice. I have to be honest they are a bit slow the second time( as they charge by hours so it turns out to be a bit expensive). But they always very careful and never did any damage to anything.”

Unfortunately, I told the person on the phone I needed to access the unit that might (which was outside office hours) and he never mentioned that though I had a gate code, it wasn’t activated, and though there was a lock on the unit, it was locked until the front office took it off and I bought one…made me keep all the stuff in my car two days since the office is closed on Sundays instead of being able to drop it off that day.”
“This company was OUTSTANDING! This is the third time someone in our family has hired them. They provided a reasonable estimate for a challenging move. Siul, Kevin, Ricardo, Yoni, and David moved everything quickly and safely. They professionally packed all fragile kitchen items. They also loaned garment boxes for them to pack and move all hanging clothes. Every fragile item was protected and professionally moved to a second story unit. We expected the move to take substantially longer, but the crew was an incredible team that finished early! “We used this company to move from California to Arizona. Maria was very helpful in organizing the move and making sure they had the right size truck. The guys arrived on time and loaded the truck quickly but with everything well protected. The next day at 7am they were at the door ready to unload in Arizona. By 11:30 Max and Mike were done unloading with everything placed as requested, beds put together etc. They did an excellent job and I'm happy to recommend them to anyone making the CA to AZ move.”

“While moving isn't fun, at least with Crystal Coast Moving the experience was as stress free as possible. We hired C C M to move our heavy furniture and household items 500 miles from Southern California to Tucson, Arizona. Ray came to the house to look at what we needed them to move, was very thorough in his review, and gave us a bid within a few hours. He clearly explained the various costs associated with our move and was flexible in accommodating our schedule. The crew that came to house was prompt, friendly, listened carefully to instructions, communicated what was going to happen, accommodated new requests, worked without breaks to pack up the items to be moved, and was careful with our property. The same crew arrived at our destination when they said they would, unpacked the items from the van and put them in the new house as requested in just a few hours. We could not have asked for a better moving experience!! It was worth every penny!!”

“I had a GREAT experience with VIP Transport, the Mayflower! I really appreciated their constant communication throughout the entire move--from the move estimate, to loading our furniture, to shipped and unloading our belongings, it made it an enjoyable process. The actual move process with VIP has been a joy - as opposed to just about everything else in the move process being insanely difficult. They came with several guys to load and pack our furniture/belongings. They did a great job taking apart our beds and then reassembling them when they arrived. We moved from California to North Carolina and I was scared something would get broken--but EVERYTHING was in perfect condition. I felt anxious about such a big move, but everyone I dealt with made the process a lot less scary for me. Everyone was really friendly and very efficient. Our belongings arrived right on time. I checked out renting a POD but I'm so glad I chose Mayflower. They made the move much less stressful (their guys did all the hard work--loading and unloading the truck and assembling and taking apart our furniture.) Thank you for such a GREAT experience!”
