I was on hold for 28 minutes, no one even answered. I get there asking for the cake as a first time customer, and the staff don't know where the cakes are. When I find it and check out, the cashier threw my tiny cakes upside down without care when it was a birthday cake for a party I had to go to. What the heck??

This place is nice, organized and clean, but, one worker (unsure of the name) made my first experience here on December 19, 2023, horrible. He had asked us if we needed help (we were in the vitamins isle) , and my young brother (8 years to be specific) accidentally moved the price tags on the shelf in front of the worker, then the worker proceeded to get in my brother's face and tell him that what he did was wrong and then made it overdramatic by pushing the bottles of vitamins back into the shelf and said my brother did that but he didn't all he did was move the price tags. And since the worker got in my brother's face, he started to cry since he's sensitive. The worker then turned to my mother and told her that she needs to teach her children better and that she isn't doing a good job at parenting. (Sorry if my Grammer isn't the best)

Don’t miss the fresh hand made Pizza ? @ 11am, the vegetarian options & menu is too good to miss. A great place to go in & out & satisfied your paladares. The vitamins selection are the best, you find everything & anything at any time. The vegetarian desserts ? are so good; don’t be surprised if you buy too much extra. Hall eating ?️

Mothers Market has the best selection of organic, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and any other dietary restriction options. It is very expensive to shop here, but the quality is amazing. Their produce and deli foods are fresh and tasty.

This place. This place. This is the place. Never have I ever seen such organic materials available. It's a world-market for much less square feet. The products are absolutely outstanding, I just can't visit often for the price range.

This particular location stands out as my favorite among all the Mother's Market spots. Its open layout and the fantastic outdoor seating area, surrounded by other charming shops, create a wonderful atmosphere. Mother's Market, as a whole, is a true gem, and I'm grateful that it's conveniently situated in Santa Ana, within walking distance for me. I value this store because it fills a niche that's often found in wealthier communities, where people can afford the somewhat higher prices that Mother's carries. I sincerely hope it continues to thrive here. However, it's worth noting that the prices can be on the higher side. Personally, I keep an eye out for sales and often compare prices to other stores like Whole Foods or Sprouts. I don't mind paying a premium for unique items that I can't find elsewhere. As for the juice bar, there's room for improvement. Daphne, one of the juicers, is fantastic and very helpful. On the downside, the grab-and-go deli items are prepackaged and somewhat pricey compared to other options, so I tend to skip those. Sushi is a bit costly considering the portion size, but the quality is decent, and they do have discount days. One area of concern is the premade juices, which are significantly more expensive than their competitors. I'm not sure about their pricing strategy or profit margins, but they're never worth it for me. Finally, the vitamin department is a unique section I frequent, but it's unfortunate that the department manager is unfriendly and unwelcoming and not very knowledgeable. This aspect of the store could definitely use some improvement. I must say, the attitude of the individual hired as a manager at this location leaves much to be desired. It raises questions about the involvement of the general manager, and quite frankly, it's not a pleasant experience. What concerns me even more is that I've heard similar complaints from multiple customers, friends, family members, and even coworkers. It's unfortunate when such a crucial aspect of customer service is consistently lacking.

I was shopping in this store last night. I have been shopping at mothers market for the past 20 years and I will never shop there again. They had a machine that was leaking in the back and leaked water all over the floor. They didn't partition off anyone coming into the water from the right side and I couldn't see any water on the floor. I fell flat on my back, injuring my back and my foot. The manager and another employee had to help me up out of the water because I was to hurt to even get up by myself. I was soaked and drenched in water, and despite this, the manager made me wait 30 minutes before she even took down my information. By that time the store was already closed and they didn't even have a formal incident report. The manager Vanessa just made me write everything down on a piece of blank paper. Now it's the next day and no one from the store has even bothered to call and see if I'm OK or if I need a doctor. These people run a health store, but they don't care about your health. I'm disgusted by the way they treat people and their negligence. Absolutely horrible management and I will never shop at Mothers again.

I have always bought Chicken noodle soup from Mothers Market in Costa Mesa, ca. Their soup is absolutely scrumptious with great flavour. I was in Santa Ana today and stoped by the Mothers Market at 151 E Memory lane, Santa Ana and bought 2 quarts of Chicken noodle soup. After arriving home, I was very disappointed, the soup tested like it came straight out of a can, with no flavour. I had to drive to Costa Mesa & buy another quart. I’m absolutely disappointed.

My favorite grocery store ever lol.. I really love this place for many reasons. From the smoothies they make there to the green juices, wellness shots, and sushi. Everything is great. I love going there to shop as well as eat since they even have an area to sit down and enjoy your food. Some of the other things I love getting there are the guacamole, unreal chocolates, chicken salad, cookies, chicken noodle soup, and their date smoothie. The place is always clean and definitely emphasizes wellness. I believe they have a discount on sushi on Wednesdays btw:).

I've been going to Mother's for quite some time (3-4 years) and for the past 6 months, I was frequenting their salad bar just about every day. This evening I experienced very rude service/behavior from a young gal who who works behind the juice bar and shouldn't be representing Mother's Market. Now Im not going to delve into her hideous customer service... but she the reason I'm writing this poor review to warn shoppers. Mother's isn't a safe place to shop... Mother's market caters to upper-middle class and to the poor... in this time of inflation, most middle-class Americans rarely would do their groceries there and if they did, it's to acquire specialty items like vitamims, vegan stuff, grass-fed, etc... during this economic shift, I've noticed the demographics have changed. The store doesn't seem as safe. I've witnessed irate-homeless shoppers scaring mothers. The parking lot has Van conversions with people living in them for the ease of shopping access (EBT). I even had someone siphon gas from my vehicle... unreal. Not many security cameras and the shopping center has no security presence. Take heed... shopper. here are some shopping tips: 1. avoid shopping alone 2. carry mace 3. wear proper footwear 4. lock your car door at all times 5. park as near to the entrance as possible 6. never confront a homeless person. they tend to carry weapons. 7, shop as early as possible 8. never leave valuables in your car

5 stars for having the most delicious supermarket cookie I've ever had. Giant chocolate chip for only $2.50. Chewy center and crisp outside. Buttery delight. So good! Glad I trusted my gut when I looked at this cookie and bought two. They also had some other flavors and gluten free options as well.
