Went there had a busy day. Had a large check to deposit. 5:00 on the button. Said I just need to make a deposit security guard wouldn't go get a manager or let me in. Guess its time to bank elsewhere. He totally had the ability to help me out. Instead treated me like a scofflaw. I was polite and courteous, but totally disappointed.employees walking out couldn't be bothered. Said put it in the ATM.

Man, Bank of America needs to get their act together, every. single. Location. They staff one teller, is this bank ok? Time to find another bank, what a joke.

Lack of care. Came in for help on loan options and they told me to call customer care since they only had one banker available.

The lack of care given is it's own level. No one cares to greet you when you walk in, the tellers always have side conversation. The lack of speediness is an understatement... but guess that's what you get with BofA Yet to walk into one of their branches and receive good customer service or even a greeting

This is the worst bank I've ever been too. The customer service is horrendous and the teller Ana who helped me today was NO help and didn't even want to try to figure out my concern. This is exactly why I have changed banks and closed my account. Bank of America is The worst bank around.

Came back today and to cash a check but the person at the tellers desk was so rude. I couldn't hear her, apparently she was talking to her coworker, as I approached her desk. She said ma'am I'm not ready I said okay sorry and backed up. The reason they get the other star is because they actually had money. Ive been to places before where they can't fulfill the amount I need.

Worst branch I've ever been to. Every time I go there is a line out the door. Last time it took me over an hour to get to a teller. There is clearly an issue and management does nothing to fix it. If someone is going to reply to this review with a basic "we are doing everything in our power to fix the issue and provide quality service". Please don't bother because you clearly are NOT. You are being lazy and not wanting to deal with the problem. Do your job.
