After driving all over town on a Saturday to get my check cashed and being denied for stupid reasons Veronica went out of her way to help make sure I could cash my check! I will definitely come back.

La cajera alta de lentes de pelo chino me atendio con mucha cortesía y me dio un exelente servicio al hacer mi envio de dinero, recomiendo este lugar para sus envios de dinero Processing Center of Orange. Aunque habia una linea de jente pero que se les atendio muy rapida y un muy buen servicio.

Found this place when I got my first job and didn't know where to go to cash my check, been there since their original location before they moved next to Food4Less. They've been very understanding and helpful as far as I'm concerned, very nice people. 100% Recommend going through if you don't have direct deposit or a bank account.

Very bad customer service. My mom went in for some help on 2/25/2021 and the lady that was there was very rude to her. No sense of customer service not returning to this place anymore. We've sent money to Mexico From there and they always make you send it how they want to send it they never acknowledge how you want to send it.

I have been a customer at 1% Check Cashing in Santa Ana for 3 years. They told me the first year it was $50--$5 key deposit, $45 a year for a small mailbox. The first time I went to renew, I actually forgot for a month. When I explained and apologized for being late, they admitted they had forgotten too. I paid, got a receipt, that was it. Second year, I paid on time, but they didn't give me a receipt. I found a note in my box saying I hadn't paid. I said I had, they didn't give me a receipt. So they decided to check the security cam, and they found I had. Last month, April, I paid a few days before the due date. I got a receipt. A couple weeks later, I found a note in my box saying I hadn't paid. I told the clerk I had, she checked her book, found my payment record, and I thought that was the end of that. Today I went in to get my mail, and found a note saying my box had expired a month ago. I told them I'd paid, I'd been given a receipt, I just didn't have it on me, and told her to check their books. She said they had, and I wasn't in there. If they need proof, why don't they check the security cam again? I will find my receipt, bring it back, and show them. Anymore trouble, I'm getting a lawyer. Since I'm Anglo and everybody else is Latino in that area, I'm beginning to wonder if there isn't some reverse racism involved. If so, why don't they just hang a sign out front saying no non-Latinos allowed. See what happens if they do.

Wasn't to busy when I visited yet it took about 10 minutes for service . Then the people behind the counter don't speak clear English it was hard for me to understand some of the things they were saying . I don't appreciate the attitude either because I didn't understand

Excellent service! I emailed them to inquire what the cost would be and they were very good at communicating and giving all details upfront. They had me send a photo of my insurance check so they could have the funds approved prior to my arrival, which I appreciated. I have been here twice and both times I was in and out of there with 15 minutes. Thank you!
