Stopped by to look for a subwoofer and I was not greeted or acknowledged the entire time I was in the store. Pretty much everything for sale in the store looks used as if they are reselling items other customers had left after upgrading to something else. I definitely will not be coming back here and wish I hadn't wasted my time coming here. I advise you to go elsewhere unless you want to buy used products.

Jose was friendly, honest and patient. There are parts sold in the store but I decided to buy it myself. I had a dvd receiver (Pioneer AVH-210EX), a backup camera (eRapta ERT01) and a clip-on dash cam (TOGUARD Backup Camera 7" Mirror Dash Cam Touch Screen) and the quote of the installation was the best. The job was greatly done and no hidden fee whatsoever. The store may not look as impressive as BestBuy or Fry's but the technician knows what he is doing and it's definitely a plus with a much lower price. Highly recommend.

In April 2019 I came here to get a stereo installed. The workers were all busy working but when I got one's attention they checked out the car, gave me a quote, said they could start in five minutes and would be done in 30 minutes. The man first language was Spanish, but could speak and understand my English enough to communicate clearly. The installation costs me $45 and they did great work. The shop doesn't look like much, but don't let the appearance fool you, and check them out.
