Customer service is horrible. I took a day off to take my cat to the vet to get her yearly shots. I ask the front desk about what i need to order flea medication through chewy, she said nothing just send it and they will approve it. They declined it so I called to so what happen and a different person answered and he said they declined it because they haven’t seen my cat but I told him I just took her in for her shots and then he said well she needs a physical in order for us to approve it. I explained to him what I was told and that’s why I asked them the day I took her. He literally didn’t seem to care and said well it was just a miscommunication. I am so upset because it was misinformation from them and they still act like I’m at fault. Now on top of the day off I took to take my cat, I would need to take off another day to take her again and pay for the physical on top of paying for the medication. And he tried to guilt me by saying that it’s been a year since my cat has had her physical and legally in order to approve medication they have to see her but you would think that if it was legally important they wouldn’t be telling people that they can just approve it and to send it in. Two things I hate people messing with my animals and my money and they did both!!

Vet saw us without an appointment. We had brought in a stray in need of help. The vet had a fake attitude with us and it was clear he was not pleased with us. He didn't explain anything to us or even tell us what he did. Then charged $500 and sent us home with meds. While what he gave us was desperately needed for our cat, the vet was just unpleasant and not forthcoming with information. He didn't even tell us the results of the blood test he did

Dr Weber and his staff are great! He's simply brilliant, and he's able to explain complicated concepts/ diagnoses easily and in a very understandable way. I know he truly loves every pet he takes under his care. I feel not only safe when I bring my boys to him, I feel blessed to be able to. The staff are all very sweet, as are his technicians. It's a wonderful place all around.

I learned of Dr. Weber thru my cat rescue organization, now I will only see Dr. Weber for my own cats. In the past, I took my cats to two vets that are 1 mile from my home. A few weeks ago Maxi saw Vet #1 and #2, I spent over $2,000 in fees, Maxi spent 1 week in hospital, had X-rays, Ultrasound, blood draws, injections, IV's, given 3-4 home meds, all without a diagnosis. Vet #2 recommend I see another Vet. Dr. Weber was Vet #3. The only reason I went to Vet #1 and #2 was their location. Now, I drive past at least 3 veterinary hospitals to see Dr. Weber and will NEVER take my pets to another. He knew exactly what was wrong by only history and exam. If I'd seen Dr. Weber first, I would've saved over $2,000 and Maxi wouldn't have had to endure the hospital stay and numerous (likely unnecessary) procedures. Dr. Weber and his staff are genuinely kind, welcoming, caring, supportive and responsive. Dr. explained the "how and why" in relatable terms. He has the experience, education and knowledge to diagnose and treat appropriately from the beginning...he has double BS degrees before UC Davis Veterinary, and he headed a feline research facility, and he teaches the other vets! You can even contact me about my experience. I am so grateful I am to Dr. Weber and his staff.

We are overjoyed and deeply grateful to Dr. David Weber for his exceptional care and expertise. Our furry baby had suffered for three long years, enduring countless visits to various veterinarians, extensive tests, and a revolving door of medications. Her allergies left her miserable, scratching incessantly, and her energy vanished. Sleepless nights were the norm. Luckily we found Dr. Weber. Despite our initial skepticism (having been told by other doctors that we'd have to accept our dog's condition), on our first appointment he spent like 30 minutes on the phone with us. He meticulously reviewed her medications, diet, and habits, devising a comprehensive plan to restore her health. Our poor pup even lost her hair on her chest, but thanks to Dr. Weber, it's now growing back! During a visit to pick up our dog, we met a couple who had traveled all the way from Arizona. Their dog, too, had faced a grim prognosis from three different vets. Dr. Weber, however, worked his magic, and their dog was now thriving. After just a few months of treatment, our furry baby is medication-free, her energy has returned, and we all sleep peacefully through the night. Dr. Weber truly gave us our beloved companion back, and we couldn't be happier!

Dr. Webber is a Rock Star in my book!! He has taken care of my dogs for years, they love him!! He does take time to discuss any of my concerns and I love that I can drop off at 9 am and pick up before 5 without waiting. I work and finding time is always a problem, but they make it easy!! and they love my Pucci!!
It's the only place I will ever go and this is my 4th dog in their care!! You won't be disappointed!!

Went not to long ago to put my dog down, definitely a slow and caring experience for me. They quickly attended to me and really emphasized with me letting me make choices throughout the process. Thank you…

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! I've had some pretty good vet experiences over the years, thankfully. But while each place is special for its own reasons, I can truly say I have never had a staff go so far above and beyond for an animal before. I took in a dog that was dumped in my neighborhood and she was in a pretty bad way. I took her to two prior vet offices who refused to offer any care (that I was willing to pay for out of pocket) or even check for a microchip on this poor dog. But Metropolitan Vet Hospital saved our day!! I called ahead and they said we could scan for a chip, no problem. Upon arrival, they helped make this scared pup feel comfortable and offered her swift care. When I picked her up a few hours later, she was a brand new dog! She was so happy, smelled so fresh and you could tell she felt so much better. They took such good care of her and I'm just so grateful that they could be a part of the process to help rebuild this dog's trust. I really can't thank you guys enough for taking care of Sage and taking care of me too. You guys are the best!! I will be recommending everyone I know that has a pet to this amazing office filled with angels! and we're looking forward to seeing you for her recheck!

Absolutely amazing care for my dog. Very caring and understanding. Dr. Webber and his staff helped my older German Shepard with several different types of illnesses. My family thanks you for going beyond and above.

I recently boarded my cat at this veterinary clinic and couldn't be happier with the experience. September enjoyed her stay, and I felt at ease knowing that the staff genuinely cared about her well-being. It was clear that they enjoy their jobs and love animals, which made it easier for me to leave my cat in their caring hands. The doctor on staff was also very chill and provided excellent care. I highly recommend this clinic for any of their services - whether it be boarding, veterinary care, or anything else. You can trust that your pet will be in good hands here. (Also worth noting they take rabbits as patients as well!)

Where do i begin? I can't say enough great things about Dr Weber and the staff at Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital. I live in AZ and took my Belgian Malinois for an emergency appt at my local Vet. My boy was acting lethargic, stopped eating, was throwing up stomach bile etc. My local Vet told gave my boy a physical exam and did X-rays and bloodwork. Called me in a while later and said that my boy had "Red Hot Cancer" that had spread all over abdomen and that she recommends Euthanasia immediately and that he is in pain. I was told that I could take him to a 24 hr vet facility in Vegas but if they can't get all the Cancer after spending Thousands of $$ that I would be putting him down anyway.
So I make contact with Vet facility in Vegas and they tell me that they can't tell me anything over the phone (they also have my dogs X-rays & blood work) but if I wanted to come down for a quality of life meeting with them, I could come anytime. When my neighbor found out what was happening he told me he knows a Vet in Socal (Dr Weber) that can help me. I'm thinking "ya, right". My neighbor forwards Dr Weber the X-rays and blood work results and he tells my neighbor to have me call him.
I spoke with Dr Weber over the phone and he tells me that he knows exactly what is wrong with my dog and what I should tell the Vet facility in Vegas. After speaking with Dr Weber for a few minutes i said to him "can I just bring him to you?" He said absolutely! I can fix him!
I make the long drive to Socal and within 10 minutes of arriving, Dr Weber has my boy prepped and ready to go into surgery. I was receiving updates throughout surgery and an hour later Dr Weber brought out and showed me a 10lb monster of a growth that started on the spleen and grew inside the abdomen area. There was absolutely no cancer found! The surgery was a complete success! Dr Weber and his staff kept my boy for a week to keep him under observation and took the absolute best care of him! I picked up my boy a week later and brought him home and my boy acted like it was no big deal.
I am sure there are plenty of quality Vets out there in Socal but I guarantee you will be hard pressed to find a better Vet than Dr Weber! His positive attitude, compassion and knowledge just blew me away. Even though it is a long drive for me, he is my Vet of choice for as long as I own animals. I am so thankful and am truly blessed for having met him. what an awesome guy! And his staff is great too! I highly recommend going here if you are looking for an awesome Vet! Thank you again Dr Weber!!!

Finally found a vet that actually cares about animals well being rather than looking at them like a money grab. My dog had extremely swollen shut ears and another vet wanted to take her ear out and do surgery, I was absolutely not about to settle for that. I'm so glad I found this place! Dr Weber put her on antibiotics and some medication and her ear is completely open now! Dr. Webers prices are much more affordable than other places and I will not be taking my dogs anywhere else!!!
