This is the worst experience ever! lady on the counter had lack of knowledge on how to override the system wasted my time. lost my phone just trying to activate my new phone she had me call customer service and they told me she should be able to do it in the store , went to a different location where thankfully I landed someone who knows what they are doing and not just standing behind a counter it’s ridiculous out here

Great customer serviceI needed a Portable Charger for my phone because it was almost out of battery and I was lucky to have Metro by T Mobile close by.I was especially lucky to have Mary for help.Mary was very kind and helpful.She provided me the Battery I needed for my phone and It worked perfectly well.I had also lost my mask and she kindly provided me one.Thank you so much for help, your kindness and your service. the customer service is rude and they make the transaction wrong to sell, they do not explain the plans well I bought one plan and they measured another, I do not recommend them better visit another store, do not waste your time and money

Absolutely the most useless and rude staff. I've been a customer for just a few months. Not only did the representative take the liberty of setting up a different passcode on my account without my consent or knowledge but when I stepped back in the store to ask them to help me reset it, the manager told me to call care, when I informed her I was already on a call with them and that I had come in because the care supervisor instructed me to do so she said she couldn't help and went to the back of the store. I continued to ask for assistance and the representative chose to ignore me even after I was the last customer in the store. Ana and Madelyn both are very rude and dishonest. I chose to terminate my services based solely on this locations customer service. If you're thinking about acquiring service I highly urge you to visit a different location.

If it was for me I give this store a 0 ! Manager Ana is really rude. She doesn't not help at all all she does is make us customer to switch to another company. She doesn't deserve to be manager.

Very Very Bad Customer Service, Employee One Male One Female, Both Decided Not To Acknowledge The Line Building.. Very Disrespectful.. Even Now After Over 15Min. Still Both Employee Act Like Nobody Is Here . She Is Attenting To The Line While The Guy Deserted Her. Social Distancing Is Accepibale. However Social Disrespect Never Is..

Such a bad experience, I think the girl that helped me was named Anna and I'm pretty sure she overcharged my card because now I have a negative balance. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location.
