The Saucuei is completely incompetent I dealing with customer service. I asked to speak with a manager and he hangs up. Extremely poor customer service and no service what's so ever.

I went into Metro yesterday and was extremely refreshed by the greeting I got from Vanessa in the Santa Ana store. I am taking a moment on the 4th of July to let you know what an asset she is to your company. She was so helpful, explain the other services that were available to me while helping me with my phone in her hand.I have convinced family members that are Metro here in Santa Ana with Vanessa is the only Network they should be working with. T-Mobile / Metro as a whole has great service and without all the extra nickel and dine fees that add-up. With your flat rate an easy auto pay each month. This is one part of my life that I don't have to worry about ever! Thanks Vanessa you were a gem.Completely satisfied customer,

The agents are polite and greet you once you come in to take your info, but the wait time it's awful they got 3 agents sitting down on their desks as if taking a break, I mean you would expect them to help their colleagues and keep costumers. Other than that it would be a 5 rating.
