I lost my phone and they helped me get a replacement sim card. I didn't know my date of activation and they bypassed it. They were very helpful. I went to another metro pcs before and they weren't very experienced.

My phone broke so I was in need of a new one. There was a short line to get in because of covid but it was mainly people inside making phone payments at the front so I asked if I could just browse the phones because I needed to buy a new one. (In the back of the store). They rudely told me no. I waited in line just to come inside to a lady talking to me like I was a nuisance and just to be told that they have "very limited" supply of iPhones. They didn't have the ones I wanted. Bad service, so I'll be spending my money elsewhere.

My review is about a few employees and management. I was lied to about a certain promotion over the phone when I came into the store they said something different. The store is a corporate store so I expected better customer service especially if I was told one thing and then they wouldn't honor it when I came in . Told the manager I would be calling and making a complaint and giving them a bad yelp score also. He didn't care and acted like it wasn't a big deal. Also this store was playing explicit rap music super loud in the store with curse words and other bad lyrics in reference to drugs. Not ok especially for a corporate store with families coming in.

I am writing this and I would give metro pcs a minus 5 stars if I could!!! This is the most ridicules thing I've ever heard! So I lost my phone and after a day of calling and running around to purchase a new phone I call Metro to activate it. The operator let's me know that they need the verification code they just sent to my phone!!! Wtf??? I just told the guy that I LOST MY PHONE, yet he insists on sending me yet another code! HELLO??Then proceeds to tell me that he can't access my account without the verification code!!!Well I ask for a supervisor and he tells me there is nothing he can do ! What kind of customer non-service is this?Leslie, thanks for your response, however I would expect that after 5 years of loyalty if I loose my phone I would expect for you to be a lot more accommodating and have redundant questions data on your customers. Email address along with a code sent to the phone I'm currently using, last Payment, address.......... you get the point? It's bad enough these days loosing a phone, when you loose it and think that your tel comm co. Will take care of this no matter how you do it! And the fact that if an apple employee calls from the store (apple store) then the fee is waved. Forget it, go stick to your policies and see how well that works for you! Don't mean to be rude and I knowyou're just trying to help, I got new service in under 30 min and they have backup measures for that kid stun Ask

Went to about 4 different metro stores because my phone wasn't getting the data but I could still receive calls and texts after talking to some employees they told me my phone was broken to get it checked by an expert, that my data was backed up I got so many excuses but Paul at the metro pcs on bristol took care of my problem as in little as 8 minutes or less thank you Paul! And his customer service was awesome!

My least favorite type of place had to be the metro by t mobile it didn't supply me with with good service had a long wait and over priced me on my family line. This is not a good store front.

The manager, Valeria (BEAUTIFUL name!) :) was very professional, friendly and DEFINITELY knew what real sincere customer service means. :) I KNEW & recognized this in the 1st few seconds of meeting her mostly because she formally introduced herself upon approaching me. :) VERY sweet and seemed to be genuine NOT fake in how she treated customers. :) However, on my previous visit to this location, the girl that helped me was clearly not in a good mood at all from the moment we met & didn't seem to care that it showed! :/ She hardly gave any eye contact & as I noticed her mood I considered she might be going thru some stuff, as no one's perfect. So I tried to show kindness anyway & tried to strike up a bit of friendly convo as she helped me. - Still got negative energy & what seemed to be NO effort on showing ANY signs of good customer servic! :( However I continued to be genuinely friendly because no matter what was bothering her & even though she's representing a big company, I still TRY to have compassion towards people. TRY. Doesn't always work out that way.

I went in yesterday to change my phone to another one I already had before,just because my screen broke and the girl there charged me something else than the receipt I recieved in my phone. I got a message from metro saying thanks for your 15 dollar payment and the girl charged me more than that. I think she kept the extra money to herself. I'm not going back to this metro pcs location.

Okay so I hope this helps you guys when making a decision on going to metro, I went in today to buy a phone I was a new customer, and I went in to get a phone, I wanted the 30 dollar plan but after I paid and left I saw for the service plan it said "38" when I went back to speak to the manager I said I wanted to know what the charges were, and he told me it was insurance and name I'd , I asked him what they were and why I got charged, I told him the girl that helped me didn't tell me anything about these features, and I said why was I given them if I wasn't offered, I might have taken them, but the thing is I was forced into it, then I asked the manager why they did that he sided with the girl that helped me and said "well it's a $240 phone, it comes with the insurance and caller ID thing, you're responsible for the phone for 90 days if you don't want it you can take it off" I was shocked and I asked him why he did that and I said thats not how to do business his response was that "that's how we do thing at this store" and I just couldn't believe it they force you to pay for something without telling you I feel like I was slammed, when I had Verizon this happened to me, but it was worse because of contract, I cant believe metro does things this way, and at the end the manager was like "oh well we can just cancel we don't do refunds" am just shocked, I called customer service and just cancelled my plan, I don't wanna do business with them I'm just going to cricket, this was shady I hope metro fixes this, they just lost a customer, BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE THEY SLAM AND LIE TO YOUUpdate: I just called at 7:15 to cancel my service and I wanted to make a complaint and the employee from customer service "Erika 309292" said that the system automatically adds insurance and name I'd to every new line that is activated, and if we as customers don't like it then we have to call customer service to remove it, honestly it makes me sick to think that we have to pay for something we don't want let alone told we are paying for #isthisreallymetro #howisthislegal scammers at the store and customer service

Coming in it was good , And the girl. That helped us was a little bit frustrated, Or im not sure what her deal was but see we came in yo try to fix a problem on my moms phone and she said she could suspend the line for a bit and after. If that. Didn't work to come another day and and she said it might need a hard reset which. We are find with as long as the problem gets fixed, Until she asked us for the info and i provided her with a birthday which i said it in form of 08/7/78And she said "Next time said it fully" "08/07/1978"Which. It was rude because ive never had the issue with the way i say it .. But overall. The service was good
