I had the worst experience i would not recommend they dont know what they are doing they send you to other location just so they dont help you they have an attitude because they have to deal with an issue.

Waited since the door was locked and had a "Be back in 30 minute" sign on door. Customer Service was poor from the start like the employee was hardly trying to help or provide information. Finally found the phone I was going to get and the plan I needed. Agreed upon a plan and was quoted a price. After transaction was done I checked the receipt I saw I was put on a higher plan in which I didn't agree upon. Went back in to the store and the employee lied to my face that I hadn't asked for another plan. There's one thing I cant tolerate is dishonesty. I do not do business with anyone who would try to screw me over right to my face. Later I found out that on top of that he added insurance to the phone without even asking me. Dishonest employee. I think his name was Aldo. He had a mold on side of neck. Would avoid opening a line here because of the lack of respect and integrity.

Very Unprofessional!!! They kept messing with my account and over charging me on stuff , I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. People here are so rude and Store Manager has been seen many times smoking outside the store??!!!! What kind of professionalism is that??

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THESE PEOPLE ROBBED ME OF 70.00$ THE GIRLS WERE USING CUS WORDS AND SAID THERE BOSS WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I HAD A REPRESENTATIVE OF METRO PCS ON THE PHONE TRYING TO HELP US WITH SITUATION AND SHE WAS EVEN GIVING HER ATTITUDE. THESE WOMEN NEED TO BE REPLACED. THERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I DO NOT SUGGEST EVER GOING TO THIS PLACE. IM BEING REFUNDED MY MONEY BY METRO AND APOLOGIZED TO BY METRO BECAUSE OF THERE BEHAVIOR. GOD BLESS THESE WOMEN.
