This store is not legit, if you make a phone order with them, they will sell your phone to someone else who just walked in, just like what happened with me today.

Amazing service! I was personally helped by the District Manager who provided excellent customer service. He answered every question I had, and I walked away with a new phone at a great price! I was very satisfied with the service I received while shopping and will return in the future. Highly recommend this Metro PCS location.

This store deserves 0 star! My boyfriend Diego Saldana went to this store to active a new line because we thought his phone was lost. We ended up finding the phone so we went back to his location to get a full refund. The girl told him it was a Fucken "BUNDLE" and he was charge for screen protector $40, cheap a** case for $40 and a damm memory card $40 without my boyfriend permission! Diego doesn't even know what's a sd card. I am so mad that they did dirty to my man. Now they don't even want to give us a full refund ! F*** this store specially the girl who helped him out. Karma is a b***** Please don't come to this store al they do is stew your money.

Please take my personal advice and don't even come near this place the owner manger supervisor are some scammers they are just a small part of the problem this is a world wide issue they give you numbers that they have recycled and link to spammer and scammers trying to steal your info these people are the worst they are thief who steal from the elderly they spam you with text messages with a link they want you to click on them so they can steal all your info worst customer service ever PLEASE TAKE MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH THESE PEOPLE I don't gain anything by lying I just don't want other people to go thru what I did ,the sad part is that there a lot of older people you go there and pretty sure they been scammed as well ,the owner is smart cause he know elderly people are easier to scam more vulnerable THEY BEEN REPORTED TO THE FBI!!AND YOU WILL BE SHUT DOWN

I went yesterday cause my phone was broke it just shut off completely on me and I needed help ASAP and I'm so glad I went her name was brennah not sure how to spell her name but she was so helpful and extremely nice and she helped me get a good phone and with a phone case and everything !! So glad I went line was long and everyone else other employees just walking around doing nothing , and there's a line outside that was rude even a employee knew a " customer " and let him cut !! So happy I got her to helped me out (:

I have purchased a couple phones from this location now and have always had a great experience. I have been a customer of Metro PCS for a little over 10 years and have been to many locations (I live in LA but have family in OC, & prefer to go to this location when I'm in the area). Great customer service, great prices, and the newest phones available!

I love this place. I called them and they answered right away. I actually got to meet the district manager. He was able to help me out on the exact phone I was looking for. Overall it was amazing. I definitely do recommend this place. Btw his name was Ahmad.

My phone broke so I was in need of a new one. There was a short line to get in because of covid but it was mainly people inside making phone payments at the front so I asked if I could just browse the phones because I needed to buy a new one. (In the back of the store). They rudely told me no. I waited in line just to come inside to a lady talking to me like I was a nuisance and just to be told that they have "very limited" supply of iPhones. They didn't have the ones I wanted. Bad service, so I'll be spending my money elsewhere.

The two young girls up front are very rude besides them being very rude I took my phone in there to sell because I upgraded. I though they would help me get it activated for the guy buying the phone from me but when I walked off they started telling the guy to not buy my phone that they would sell him one. Thankfully the guy didnt want to waste my time and instead bought my phone. Besides mine being more affordable he didn’t like that they were trying to steal a costumer So instead of going back to this location he said he will be going elsewhere. These girls need to learn how to be more polite and stop trying to but into someone’s deals and do their job and activate the phone we came to activate in the first place.
