I had a really bad experience at another store. I decided to drive to this store, and I am so pleased with the kindness, patience, and excellent service I received from Andrea. This is now my preferred store, even though it's 6 miles away instead of 1.5, it's totally worth it.

This location is great. My visit went well and I felt confident with the services, the employees, and owner at this location. all issues i had were resolved with ease. I"ve been to other Metro PCS with owners or employees that just don't care and try to swindle you. so 5 stars for this location ✨️ ?
