The Sales Rep Maha, she was amazing. This Metro on Redhill in Tustin is my "go to" cell phone store. They are very helpful & Maha took very good care of me on my Birthday. Also a shout out to Adell. He ordered me an iPhone & it was there the very next day waiting for me to pick up. Thank you both for helping make my Birthday awesome.

Came in for help with phone I purchased. Angel couldn't figure out my phone question so he offered to open a ticket and said someone would reply in 3 days. No one called. I was going to wait for a case number or ticket number but he said he would do it after I left and he couldn't give a case number. He assured me someone would respond but sadly no one did. I also asked if he could consult someone else in the store about my question and he said no they wouldn't be able help. Poor service from Metro T-mobile. Don't buy a phone and expect help from them. This was second store went to. Your basically on your own. Will be going with another carrier.

Updated on 7/17/2022 I arrived at the Warner and Bristol branch Wendy attended me I explained that my phone had a problem maybe from the factory (a defect) she began to manipulate and force my NEW phone without my permission with her nails and fingers pulling the pencil and forcing it to going out and letting me know that he doesn't come out because has a lock. Two feet away was the one I later found out is the Supervisor 'Rosa". look at your badge. She didn't have the education to present herself as such. Worse yet, she saw the action of the employee, manipulating and mistreating my phone and I did not call her attention. I asked for the supervisor? when I found out it was her. A pushy, arrogant, uneducated and very antisocial person. With a very bad attitude, he told me that he was listening to the conversation and that is not a reason to change a phone. Emphatically said: you don't know how to use the phone so the pencil comes off or you are putting it away in an inappropriate way She said it shouldn't get out. I told her... maybe it has a manufactured defect. I told her that I've already come to let you know that the phone is defective so that s/he could give me a solution... what am I going to do if I lose it? She told me a thousand things... but she didn't answer my question... I let her continue talking, she speaks in a despotic way and you can see her annoyance when the client asks. I said, please answer my question... What am I going to do if I lose my pencil? He told me it's in the way I keep my phone. So several times. I told her... please, you haven't answered my question? A man showed up he didn't show up... I could see his name on his badge... I think it's Bragdon There were already three people against me. I said to the gentleman, tell me who of you three am I going to understand in this case? He said with him. Rosa stayed two feet away as listener and witness (they didn't tell me but I know). He let me know that he was listening to everything that happened. Note: I also don't call out Wendy for mistreating my phone. He said that the solution is: take the stylus off the phone and keep it in my house... I didn't know whether to cry or laugh... I told him... Excuse me? I did not buy a phone to store something that brings me service in my house. It made me feel like a fool. Repeatedly that was the only solution he gave me, which I do not accept until today. He stressed that they at this branch have received quality training in terms of customer service. (It makes me laugh because of the way they treat us) I mentioned that I took customer service classes, so I know how to treat me. I listened and saw that Rosa laughed... what I said, but I ignored her. This man says they are trained like T-Mobile employees. Which is in doubt for me. For the last two experiences in this last month. He mentioned that T-Mobile customers have Social Security and Metro PCS customers do not. I don't know what he means, but that already goes into political issues. Something that is not relevant, on the contrary it sounds like racism. I mentioned to Rosa and Bragdon that I was going to write this complaint and I could see from their attitude that they didn't care. Rosa just shrugged. Their customer service is extremely lousy. I have no doubt that the company is committed and that it is providing them with the best training, but then it is the management and the employees who are not showing what they are being taught in those trainings. I write these complaints because if as customers we don't complain that's why they treat us like this. As if we were doing them a favor by going shopping and paying for our services every month... I am seriously thinking about switching to my cable company Spectrum since they now offer me very good prices on their cell phone packages No, employees, you have a roof over your head and food on your table thanks to us customers, without us you do not exist. A call to all metro PCS T-Mobile customers to write down

Lucy Ruiz was great! My phone was taken in Portland, due to a Smash & Grab So I lost everything on my phone because I forgot an old password on my iCloud. I can never regain everything I had because of those thieves! Lucy helped me to move forward. I even lost my old Yelp reviews.... I had a lot! Lucy was very helpful and kind!

In sorry but try to another company. I've had 4 phones from this place and they are shhhhheiiiiiiiiiiiiit. :/ each time and every year at least 3 bills for a new phone. For a new crazy phone, For that matter. :/ I'm done and sorry ? ?

I went yesterday cause my phone was broke it just shut off completely on me and I needed help ASAP and I'm so glad I went her name was brennah not sure how to spell her name but she was so helpful and extremely nice and she helped me get a good phone and with a phone case and everything !! So glad I went line was long and everyone else other employees just walking around doing nothing , and there's a line outside that was rude even a employee knew a " customer " and let him cut !! So happy I got her to helped me out (:

This is far one of my worst experience. Especially with this one spectacular sales Person that goes by Mia. I went to return a hotspot did not get the full refund even though I called customer service, And another thing to mention she changed my account pin that I had for years my account is know locked. I will be switching providers. I don’t know why in the hell she would change my pin. I know it was her since she was In my account that day seriously this is one of the worst metro stores there is
