My daughter and I came here for our Covid vaccines (my booster, her first shot) The staff was very nice and professional, and seemed very prepared for the busy walk-in traffic. My 7-year old daughter was pretty nervous. The staff was so kind to her and helped her through the process. She said it didn't it didn't hurt at all, and she even got a lollipop. We are very thankful for such a warm experience during the process of completing our vaccinations.

I brought my elderly parents to Mercy Pharmacy to get their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine. Everyone we encountered was very nice, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and they all took the necessary safety precautions to keep us safe. Because my parents sometimes have trouble walking and are also immunocompromised, the pharmacist was nice enough to come out to the car and administer the vaccinations. Additionally, because English was a second language for my parents, Mercy Pharmacy actually sent out someone who was able to translate as well. I was very happy with our experience and my parents were very glad that we found Mercy Pharmacy.

I took my relatives to get the COVID vaccine as a walk in. Nathalie was great. She input all informations for both fast and efficient. All took less than 30. That included parking and walking to clinic.

Easy to find, clean. But what really makes me love this pharmacy and continue to go back, is the staff. They are friendly and easy to communicate with. Seem to always be busy working but still make time for whatever you need. My prescriptions have always been ready in an appropriate amount of time and accurate. The doctor there was particularly helpful, and really great at answering my questions. My only complaint is that sometimes there isn't enough parking, but still 5 stars because it's usually ok.

I work at a doctor office in the same building as Mercy Pharmacy. My family go to this pharmacy because they take very good care of us. They offer free local delivery and do paperwork for medication that isn't covered. High recommended!

This is hands down the most helpful pharmacy I've ever worked with. I'm the office manager for a general practice doctor in the same building and have never had any complaints from patients and myself. I can always count on them from vaccines to medications the staff is always willing to help with everything and anything. They offer free delivery to our patients and that's always a plus. Wait time less than 10 minutes and they're always super efficient. Give them a try I highly recommend!
