We love this cleaner and have used him for years and years. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. We have never had any problems…no missed stains, no burns, no cracked nor missing buttons. Highly recommend them.

I’ve been coming here for years, and the owner is fantastic! If he can’t get a stain out, no one can. The staff are friendly, efficient, and the prices are very reasonable. They certainly take better care of my clothes than I do. If you live within a couple of miles, I really do recommend Memory Lane Cleaners.

Been here multiple times. Always polite and holds down a good conversation about anything.My item's are always returned in a timely manner. I asked for advice on a backpack that I need cleaned and was kind enough to school me on how to clean it. Great Dude ??

For all my Floral Park friends and friends who use this cleaners: Please STOP going to MEMORY LANE CLEANERS on Bristol and Memory Lane! Here is my horrible experience with this cleaners. As many of you know, I got married this past December, I dropped off my wedding dress after my wedding to be cleaned. Well, after 3 months of calling and them giving me a ring around, they finally confessed that they had lost my wedding dress. Now, the owner forbids to compensate me for the full price of the dress. He told me: you wore it for your wedding and now it considered a used dress and I WILL NOT PAY YOU THE FULL AMOUNT!!!!I was heartbroken that my dress that means so much to me and that I wanted to cherish and show my daughter had been lost and can never be replaced. He doesn't seem to care that my dress means more to me than just money. I ask all friends and neighbors who use this cleaners to please STOP using his business and let him know that you will no longer use his services due to you hearing that they lost my wedding dress and they still refuse to compensate me and Please share this will other friends who you know use this cleaners.Owner contacted me and did the right thing and reimbursed me for the full amount of my dress. Thank you for doing the right thing!

Dang. They lost a whole wedding dress , wait three months to finally admit that they "lost" it and then refuse to compensate the family heirloom. Crappy business ethic if you ask me. Who looses a wedding dress? I mean i would understand a hat or a shirt, but a big, bulky, white wedding dress?!?

Needed like 5 items including 2 suits ready by Friday and I went in on Wednesday. Done perfectly on time. The guy who manages the place is a great person too, always have good convos with him.

This is the BEST dry cleaning service!!The man working the front is so kind and accommodating. I needed a stain off of my wedding dress and came in Friday morning, he was able to get it next day!! Amazing service and staff!!

Friendly and helpful owner and he always does a great job with my dry cleaning. My only issue is that they are closed daily from about 12-1:30 and they close at 5, which makes it difficult for those who can only/drop off during lunch hours.

The absolute best. The owner Is the hardest working man in Southern California. Turnaround time is extremely fast, prices are reasonable, suits always come out pristine.
