I just learned that I can't continue my care with Melody after I turn 56. Such a disappointment as it's the best care I have ever received. No kidding, these practitioners care about their patients. The patient counselor got teary-eyed while she was breaking the bad news. If you can choose Melody you won't be disappointed.

I felt really comfortable visiting this location. Every staff member I came in contact with was very kind. The doctor was also really informative and understanding to my situation. I'm very happy with my visit here and will 100% recommend it to everyone.

I was beyond impressed with my experience at Planned Parenthood on 17st in Santa Ana. I can not express my gratitude enough to Health Care Provider Shelby & Moh. They are hero's without capes they show respect and compassion. It's a wonderful thing to know we have phenomenal doctors who actually care about you, Shelby & Moh took the time to explain the procedure process. I do not wish to go back again but I would do it again just to be under their care. Moh even let me squeeze her hand, she noticed a change and instantly suggested an ice pack & started fanning me to help with my nerves. I appreciate you all at this office check in & check out also make your office visit smooth. I did not get the nurses name but she was also very kind & professional, she asked if I had breakfast brought me a snack & made sure Healthcare providers had the necessary equipment for my procedure. Thank you for everything your team does. People might not say thank you often but you are indeed little Angels helping us with our well being. Truly grateful!

Dr. Kar is absolutely incredible! Whenever I reach out and request an appointment with Dr. Kar, I'm continually impressed by her thorough examinations and her genuine concern for my well-being. Throughout our appointments, she takes the time to inquire about my condition and pauses to make sure I'm comfortable. She goes above and beyond to provide as much assistance as possible. I've encountered doctors in the past who seemed hesitant or unwilling when it came to recommending additional procedures like endoscopies or specialist consultations. It often felt like these extra tests were a burden to them. However, with Dr. Kar, it's a different story entirely! She consistently offers extra resources and conducts comprehensive assessments to safeguard my health. Her level of care and dedication is truly remarkable!

I don't know how I can even start to tell you how incredible Planned Parenthood/Melody is. I love them. I love them I love them I love them. They saved my mom's life by finding her cancer. They have taken care of me all my adult life as a poor immigrant and now as a poor graduate student. I just love their practice and I trust them.Now, would I recommend the first doctor I was assigned, Dr. Nguyen? Maybe not for me and that's okay.On my second time around, I was assigned Dr. Kar and she was incredible! Loved her. A+ visit. Want her as my PCP always. Dr. Kar also comes off as very fat-friendly so I may suggest that (if she sees this), she may benefit from qualifying as a fat-positive doctor who can put herself on some fat-friendly databases because LA/OC fat friendly PCP doctors are few and far between. I think there's a certificate program or association she can join and that would be highly beneficial for her. She just came off as very kind, helpful to those who asked for help, informative to those who wanted to learn, and patient with her patient 10/10 would recommend.

I came in along with my significant other for a surgery and although it was a long wait the nurse refused to let me use the restroom. It was no problem except she was rude and acted like no problems mattered but her own. Honestly I can see why many people complain about this place.

I always told myself I'd never go to a planned parenthood because I heard many stories how mean they can be and how awful they treat their patients And honestly when I came for the first time to this clinic dr.Christina ung was so nice explained everything so well to me the follow up everything!!! Up until I had an appointment on June 12 with dr.Hannah huynh she came off as an okay doctor we were talking about me feeling discomfort and I was completely okay with making a separate appointment she said she was just gonna run tests and she seemed rushed I though maybe because she seemed concerned but nope she went completely unhinged bat shit crazy started throwing things around slamming things, was aggressive and was rush talking in a very aggressive way lol I thought I was explaining everything well I had to repeat myself multiple times and she was just mean as FUCK I just shut down and left in the middle of the appointment nobody should be treated the way I was treated that day the staff was great that day though welcomed me in and even followed me out to let me know it wasn't done unfortunately I wasn't gonna continue with an unhinged doctor not to mention she was kinda rough putting in the speculum I drew the line there and had to leave I'm no longer returning to this location due to her but to the rest of the doctors thank you for being so kind and hannah? Seek therapy it might help
