McGuff Medical has been excellent for our business. They almost always have the products we need. The free 3 days shipping is a plus, although I may not get it in exactly 3 days as I am almost as far to the east coast as one can get but it is relatively timely regardless. My order usually ships within hours though after being placed. Thank you McGuff for your great service and selection of products. Keep up the good work.

I'm not really impressed yet. Ordered an item next day air, understanding I'm a new customer and would need a license verified.I returned the forms requested completed exactly as requested and I still haven't received the drug order.The IV catheters order came on time and quickly.I'll re-evaluate my stance in a few months.

I've been ordering supplies and pharmaceuticals from McGuff for over a year. They have been amazing this entire year. However, the last week has been really stressful. I keep trying to overnight supplies and they're not getting sent out. I tried on Friday and actually called/spoke to someone on the phone instead of just using the website to make sure my order would make it out, like I asked. I paid for overnight shipping. My order did not make it out, and now I am trying to get them here before tomorrow (the last possible day). Ashley was sooo unhelpful and rude. She seemed annoyed by my call and didn't want to be bothered. I told her I needed the supplies before Tuesday (tomorrow) because I have a full day of patients that I will have to turn away if I do not get these supplies. I cannot run my business without them and it will cost me a lot of money to cancel my entire day tomorrow. She didn't understand my urgency at all and was very short and uncaring. She told me to call back in an hour and I half. I asked what an hour and a half would do and she said she can't get up from her desk right now. So I called back an hour and a half later and Myra said she wasn't sure if my order made it on the truck. She said that this is a hectic time of day and she could not get ahold of the warehouse because they are packing everything. I think Ashley did that purposely and made me wait until she knew I wouldn't be able to get a hold of anyone. Ashly is the worst. I know customer service is tough (I've been there) but she was just downright unhelpful, uncaring, had no sense of urgency, no empathy, and she wanted me to know it, too. She didn't even try to hide it...Patrick has always been amazing, and this was my first interaction with Myra, who was also kind and helpful. They both have good customer service skills. I don't know who hired Ashley or why, but please do not let her deal with my orders anymore. If I keep getting service like I received from Ashley, I'll never use McGuff again and go back to Henry Schein.

The McGuff Company is great! I highly recommend them. I personally know a few of the employees and have nothing but good things to say about them. Highly recommend.

I placed my first order with McGuff over 3 weeks ago, sent them a copy of my license and anxiously waited, expecting the supplies to show up any day. I finally receive a call 3 weeks later telling me they needed a letter from my State Department of Occupational Licensing verifying my legal ability to order these supplies. What? No other company has EVER asked for that. A license has always been enough. That isn't exactly DOPL's job to write letters when State regulations are easily found on the internet. I was very disappointed that they didn't let me know sooner or at least sent me the products that were not regulated. I sent them a link to my State regulations and told them exactly where to find the part about drug ordering privileges. I was told they would likely get back to me the next day. It's been 4 days and I'm done. This experience was enough to learn that I can't depend upon this company. I found another source with better prices and received my products in 2 days.

I placed an order a week ago. Not even processed yet. Ordered something from Insight Needles after the McGuff order and it has already been delivered. Pretty pricey as well. McGuff definitely is my last resort for anything.

We have used McGuff Medical for the last few years. Usually we order online through the McGuff website, which is extremely user friendly. The order tracking feature is super helpful, because who doesn't like having the ability to see that? Whenever I have a question about a prescription, I just give the Customer Service Department a call or do the online chat from the website and they are helpful and knowledgeable.

Mcguff medical saved my life . They had what I needed and came through with what I wanted . There customer service was awesome and the shipping was super quick .
