Andy was very helpful and even lowered the price when I showed him the price was lower somewhere else. He said they always price match so make sure you do your research to get the best deal. I had a good experience and got a good deal. I will definitely go back and once I move out and need more stuff.

My mom bought a couch didn't give her the complete set tried to charge extra for missing pieces also charged her for delivery when he said said deliver for free most of the furniture you can get on Amazon for about half the price without having to worry about getting ripped off or trying to charge you extra for what you pay for stay away

I'm puzzled that this place has only 5-star ratings and stellar experiences because that is NOT what I got. I ordered a bed from McFadden recently. I'm happy with the furniture itself, but Andy came to deliver it at 7:30pm at night. In addition to delivery, I had also paid for assembly. I thought he would show up with at least one other person, but he came alone, so my cousin had to help him haul the bed's pieces up to my room. I don't really understand - he didn't specify that he'd need any help. If my cousin hadn't been there, how was he planning to get the bed up? It was quite heavy (and long), so definitely not a job for one person. I would have figured it out, but I just don't understand why he showed up solo. It also took him about 3 hours to assemble my bed, probably because he was alone. My cousin and I helped for a bit but I couldn't stay the whole time anyway as I was doing other things around the house as well. The guy left my house around 11pm. Couple scuffs left around my room (a gash on one wall and a scrape in the paint on another wall). He was clearly tired by the end, as he also mis-assembled one of the drawers for my bed and put the rails on the top instead of along the bottom. Something easy to fix, just silly though because I paid for it to be installed and expected it would be done quickly and properly. Nice furniture - I want to be sympathetic and support a small, local business, but the delivery/installation was honestly a bit ridiculous. I don't think I'd go back or refer this place to others.

We found this business while looking for a dresser for our bedroom. Really happy with the product and the quality is great. We just picked out the model on the catalog and got it delivered the next day. The dresser looks even better in person. The price is very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Great place to shop for furniture. I would say their price is comparable or only a little more expensive than IKEA but of course quality is on another level. I bought a dining set from them maybe 3 or 4 years ago and it's still look great. I bought most of our furniture from them and if you don't like anything available in the shop you can always ask them to order for you from their catalog.
