This is the first review I have ever written, if that is any indication as to how impressed I was with my interactions with Marco and Annalisa. If you need world-class execution for your custom jewelry making needs- this is precisely who you have been looking for. I was blown away by the service, care, expertise and professionalism I received from working with Marco and Annalisa. As second and third generation jewelers, they bring a deep knowing and respect for the craft that immediately comes through. What also comes through is that these people care deeply about the work they do and they put their heart and soul into it. Refreshing considering how much of the industry has lost touch with the craft and the emotional connection that is inherent with jewelry. They helped me with a custom project of creating three rings for my family. My request was particularly unusual in that I wanted to be involved in the fabrication process. They couldn't have been more accommodating to my requests. I was involved every step of the way standing alongside Marco at the bench and stepping in myself to have a hand in parts of the fabrication. They also welcomed my children to be a part of it and couldn't have been more patient, kind and enthusiastic to have us all there. They were also extremely responsive, flexible and provided me with step-by-step guidance helping me consider every detail of the project, all the way to the final packaging I will use to present these rings to my family. Their experience pulls from decades of custom jewelry making at the highest levels of execution and professionalism. I can't recommend them enough!

I am a jewelry designer and have been working with Marco often lately for wax casting, mold creation, and 3D design. He is amazing! Quick turn around time, fair prices, and great industry knowledge and attention to detail to help bring your design to life. I highly recommend him!
