Érica Valdez by far the greatest knowledgeable, friendly and reliable, she goes above and beyond to get the material on time everytime.Érica and her team have been doing an amazing job with every order we request, she acknowledge every order we send her out, sometimes we even send her orders past 5:00pm (the store closes at 5pm) and she still manages to get the order for the next day delivery, amazing, outstanding, phenomenal job! We are very very please the way she has been taking care of us, thank you Erica from the bottom of our hearts for taking care of our material, because of you we were able to finish a lot of jobs on time! I came into the Main branch in Santa Ana looking to repair a lighting fixture that was damaged, Manny and the branch manager Mike really were helpful and assisted me with exploring different options which we ultimately ended upgrading to LED. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family for any electrical needs.

Mike, manager at Main Electrical Supply, has gone above and beyond in helping me locate and purchase the Legrand plate by calling Legrand and placing the order to have it delivered to my home. I just want to say Thank you for the help that I got at the counter, I was very pleased with the help I got from the gentleman at the counter along with all the selection of material at the new counter. The guys at the counter deserve a lot of credit, I honestly thought I wasn't gonna be able to get helped but the helped me better than the other place I went too which was Walters. From a home owner I really appreciate it. Thank you

Their employees need to learn to LEAVE PEOPLE ALONE in the sidewalk. Why would you call the police and endanger someone who is doing absolutely NOTHING WRONG? Why would you walk up close to people in the middle of a PANDEMIC and risk infecting them? This is ridiculous! They need to be taught to STAY IN THEIR LANE.

This place might be okay if you are an electrician. As a businessman that isn't an expert in the field I received poor service. Ist on the phone they that they had a 120 volt timer that I could use, in person I received poor service and attitude
