I seldom write reviews but I felt compelled to do so because I want everyone to know how exceptional our customer service experience was with Jennifer Chang Galutera!It was our first time to refinance and we had so many questions. She is so detailed in explaining things that leaves us no follow up questions since she already outlined the answer even before we thought of asking. She’s that good! She tells you straight up if it’s not a good idea to refinance but lay it all out for you to decide. She truly cares for you, makes you feel like family and we really appreciate that.When I ask her questions, she responds right away. I even emailed her on a weekend not expecting her to reply but she did! She’s always on top of everything. We had a few hurdles in between but because of her knowledge and professionalism, we closed in record time!Jennifer, we can’t thank you enough for making our first refinance experience a breeze!

I was originally planning to close the loan in 28 days! Communication from the first lender was not satisfactory and I was unsure if they'd be able to close it on time. I remembered I used Loan Lock for my refinance previously. I called Jennifer and I was very confident that she will be able to close on time if not earlier. She kept me in the loop and gave me update on the progress. We closed 15 days ahead of original closing date! Thank you very much and Jennifer has a customer for life! Thanks.

Worked with Khang Nguyen to purchase a home in NJ and he was fantastic. Patiently answers all your questions, keeps you in the loop. Got the most competitive rates we came across, a sweet closing credit, and satisfactory appraisal on the property. Closed on time, well in advance of the 45 day lock in period.

Review for Jennifer Chang GaluteraI found Jennifer from Zillow's lender list. She was very kind and quick to respond. You may feel like 'isn't that something loan officers should be like?' Trust me. I was talking to several other loan officers through the same mortgage there were only two people including Jennifer like that. My mortgage loan was the one of the toughest loan to pull off (according to other loan officers at least.) Jennifer had many options in her arsenal to assist me. All I had to do was delivering the docs she needed on time. I totally recommend her to anyone who is looking for a loan officer. She's the one who will work with you to the end with everything she got and she will do it without losing her kindness.

Khang was beyond our expectations. Every email and phone call were answered promptly and timely. What ever question we had, he was able to explain to make us understand how and what was happening. Even when it was questions we could of asked our agent, he went the extra mile to google information for us and sent them to us. As first time homebuyer, Khang made us feel confident that everything would go smooth. I would say having him as our loan officer was the best decision that we made. Thanks to their team who also put in so much work to make the process go so smoothly.

Kind, Fast, Reliable, and always on your sideI would like to highly recommend Jennifer. I didn't know anything at the beginning, but I was able to purchase a house with very low mortgage rate. Mortgage close in just 2 weeks. It was just amazing. Jennifer went through with me from the beginning to the end one by one.

Jennifer Chang Galutera was amazing! She was always so kind and worked so hard to make sure that we were able to close on time! She gave us a phenomenal rate and points. In fact, we ended up paying almost 50% less than what we would have had to pay in points at better.com! I found it astounding (in a very good way!) how responsive Jennifer was to all of my questions. I would get an almost immediate response whether it was by text or by email or by phone. She would even respond on weekends!I can see that Jennifer takes great pride in her work and is incredibly knowledgeable. I feel like she was one of the bright lights that made the whole home buying adventure much less stressful than it would have otherwise been.If you get the opportunity to work with Jennifer to finance or refinance your loan, don't hesitate and make sure to ask for her. I had to be quite firm with another agent (Romeo Anthony Tajanlangit, Jr. NMLS# 1295160) who was resistant in relaying my request to work with Jennifer.

Thank you so much to Jennifer Chang Galutera, as my selected mortgage lender, who supported me through the entire first time home buyer experience, from the beginning with mortgage pre-approvals (multiple times amid a competitive housing market 2021-2022), all the way through until the end of escrow closure. Despite the extremely slow corporate seller and seller's extremely slow corporate escrow, Jennifer fought hard for me to make sure we closed escrow in time to secure a much lower rate than the market rate. There were so much more Jennifer supported me with that words can not finish describing. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and most importantly she cares & fights for you as a lender! she is definitely your best lender! I recommend Jennifer to anyone, including myself coming back when I am ready to purchase or refinance again in the future.

Did my research and shopped around. Cody was by far the most knowledgeable and attentive lender we talked to. He even had the best quote, so we decided to go with him. Cody made the whole process go smoothly, and was quick to respond with any questions we had. We have done multiple references in the past, and working with Cody was by far the best experience we have ever had. Will be recommending him to everyone we know.
