Elizabeth is very unprofessional. She does not communicate effectively, impatient, rude, and has the worst costumer service. She overcharged me to add a vehicle and completely lied to my monthly policy rate. She has no education whatsoever. Someone like her should not be representing Alliance insurance. I would give her 0000000000000000000 stars!!!!! She also hangs up on people and is illeterate

terrible serviceI've been trying to cancel my policy for 3 months and every time I come it's closed because the old lady doesn't want to help me when I call so when I have time I come and it's closed when it has to be open but that's good to charge every month!!??

Be careful with This lady Elizabeth she charged me again for brokers fee when I added a new car. When she had told me it was going to be my monthly payment I called the insurance company and they said that I wouldn’t of payed anything if I would of add it with them. Just be careful these people won’t help you, all they want is to take your money.
